WoodSpring Suites Morrisville Raleigh Durham Airport

No coffee maker, no shampoo, one quarter-sized soap. Floor dirty. 3am, alarms are going off in the hallway. My friend figured out that the air freshener things hanging on the wall had low batteries. 3 of them beeping constantly. We took the batteries out as there was no local number to call for help. The main number went to corporate who couldn’t even give me a local number to call. There was no local number to call on our key card or on the flier in the elevator saying they were closed for a lot of the holiday weekend. Just a crappy experience. Would never reccommend. At all.

The entire hotel elevator, hallway, and room smelled weird, like cooked peas? We were provided 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels, no tissues, no paper towels, and not even a full roll of toilet paper. The staff told us in order to receive additional towels, we would have to bring the dirty wet towels back to the front desk. Um, no thank you.

Staff was kind. Good enough hotel for a nights stay. Wasn’t worried about bedbugs or anything. Sink and tub faucet didn’t drain very good but other than that it was fine!

Check in was very easy. Rooms are perfect for a short stay. Beds and pillows were just fine. We were in town for Galaxy con and it was perfect.

Everything looks good except I saw some cockroaches in my room. That was disappointing.
