There is a Laundry & Gym as well. Hearing the airplanes is minimal (location is near RDU). I will look for other locations when I travel in the future.
-
Clean and close to everything I need. The dog barking all night. Not sure if they designate a certain floor or area for pets, but this was the only drawback of this hotel.
-
Still new Ground need more cleaning

This is the very best extended stay hotel in Raleigh! Clean, quiet, and the very best staff! The staff workday endlessly keeping the hotel clean while also giving exceptional service!
-
The staff was friendly The room was not cleaned properly. The baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. There were spiderwebs and dust around the windows and lamps.

No coffee maker, no shampoo, one quarter-sized soap. Floor dirty. 3am, alarms are going off in the hallway. My friend figured out that the air freshener things hanging on the wall had low batteries. 3 of them beeping constantly. We took the batteries out as there was no local number to call for help. The main number went to corporate who couldn’t even give me a local number to call. There was no local number to call on our key card or on the flier in the elevator saying they were closed for a lot of the holiday weekend. Just a crappy experience. Would never reccommend. At all.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT SAFE.

It was great!

The entire hotel elevator, hallway, and room smelled weird, like cooked peas? We were provided 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels, no tissues, no paper towels, and not even a full roll of toilet paper. The staff told us in order to receive additional towels, we would have to bring the dirty wet towels back to the front desk. Um, no thank you.
