Very quiet night sleep. Except for the noise from the refrigerator. No traffic from highway at pm. Clean room.

Older motel. Room was small but served our need. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is kind of tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The manager was very nice as was the help. I loved the location. You got a lot for the price. We stayed for a whole week and only one evening was it a little noisy. Otherwise it was a very quiet stay. I’ll be back !

Great place but the beds were extremely hard

Helpful staff

The property is simple not anything else. I actually have a dispute I’m taking up with management to resolve an issue I have to address before elaborating 🤔 I have never been encountered with this before in Morro bay

The location was pretty good. Not too long of a walk to Coffee shops and to the downtown area where all the shops are. It was a little more on the outskirts of hustle and bustle areas. Parking lot was spacious. Room was clean but outdated. There was not an air conditioner in the room so it did get a little stuffy. I figured that might be the case and was going to bring a fan from home but forgot. Did not feel comfortable sleeping with the window open. We had a downstairs room but would have preferred upstairs so we didn’t have to hear people above us walking around. The walls were thin. Nice that tv was a smart tv, we logged into our streaming apps. The internet was spotty our second night there so ended up just watch regular cable.

Lovely older motel with friendly staff and nice location. Pet friendly. No stairs. Parking free and close to room. Cable tv only - with super limited channel options.

Close to restaurants and shops Bathroom could use some work. Shower head, and the air vent were rusty.

We l9ve staying here! Manager is a great guy, and always has our room ready. The location is great, and quiet.

Good location Service could have been better. Front desk person seemed annoyed for helping me with the tv, which was disconnected. Phone did not work so i had to go downstairs two times to get help ?

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet in the night time I've stayed here before. This time however my room was at the top of a wooden staircase. So I heard everybody clomping up the stairs.

I'm a regular guest at this motel because it is so friendly, well run, and a good value. The Indian owners know their longtime guests and are welcoming and take good care of you. They work hard to make sure you have a lovely stay and are happy with your room. The rooms are modest and aging a bit now, but immaculately clean and all have great views of the harbor and rock nearby. On this visit, I liked the new, comfy bed in room 22, my usual room. Bedding tends to be a bit thin during foggy Morro Bay nights, so consider bringing an extra blanket if you are driving and tend to feel the cold, or ask the always helpful manager if they can supply an extra. There is a heater in the room.

Quiet area walking distance to downtown and well kept The toilet/tub area was real small so that you had to squeeze around the door to be able to close it

I stayed here for a fishing trip. It was quiet and peaceful. The surroundings were very nice.
