Great hotel close to the hubbub. Well within walking distance of everything. Stayed in the “cozy” suite and was very pleased with it. Very clean and didn’t deal with loud noises.

The TV and air conditioning did not work, there was hair left in the shower, and the room was dirty and not well maintained. The bed linens and towels were stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Throughout the night, I could hear constant stomping from the room above, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The room and bathroom were also incredibly small. As someone with a physical disability, the cramped bathroom made my stay even more difficult and uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the staff members was rude and unhelpful. Overall, I did not feel comfortable touching many of the surfaces because the room appeared unclean. Between the smell, noise, lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and misleading advertising, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Really pms are very small, no desserts, bathroom even tinier. Needs to have outlets next to bed door sleep apnea machine HOWEVER super quaint, quiet well maintained family room with views and 1 block from Morro rock! Own parking spot in fronts of room. Cute kitchen with all the necessities!

At first we weren’t very happy… no ice machine, no bathroom outlet, no visible wi-fi password (nor was it offered verbally at check-in. Turns out it is on the back of the door…). Bed was very comfortable and staff turned out to be very helpful!!

Room was very small but the location is good

This was an ideal place to stay. We had walkable access the beach, the shops and Morro Rock. Great hospitality - Jessica was so helpful! The Inn was clean, quiet and comfortable. A big plus that we were able to bring our dog along for the stay.

Everything was perfect, the room are spacious and well kept the full kitchenette was amazingly useful.

Everything in the kitchen is up high and there’s no step stool. The shower head is super low and very powerful!! Great location, comfy bed. Was a bit warm in the room with no a/c. I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the windows open feet from the street.

In this may seem like a petty comment, but the remote was broken and would not turn the TV on or off, and the property was aware of it because there was a label on the TV indicating that you need to turn it on on the side of the TV. I don’t know about you but once I’ve had a long day and I am comfortable in my bed watching TV. I don’t want to get up and have to turn off the TV manually. I feel like an investment of $20 for Universal remote would go a long way.

The main room is decently sized, having a king bed, small table with chairs, and set of drawers. We didn't have problems with the bathroom but it is a little tight at the sink and in the shower. The kitchenette is big enough for a person to cook or two people to have their meal.

Great staff. I was greeted and checked in by a friendly young man. Very nice conversation with him. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Room was clean. Needed a little detail dusting. Comfortable. No wifi. That was ok by me. Loved listening to the seagulls...some with babies close by. And, of course, the "yelp, yelp" by the sea lions. The following day, staff member Jessica, asked if I needed anything. Also, very friendly. I stayed 2 nights. I plan on returning in a few months and will stay there again. Ive been coming here for years. Many great motels. But. This place was so peaceful for my soul. And. Don't forget to go to Carla's Testaurant and Gift Shop. Awesome place.

Great place to stay and in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly. We always look forward to our next visit.

Shower pan was broken but staff blamed us and our kids for floor being soaked. Had to ask for additional towels just for the floor. Had to point out the crack in the shower pan to prove the shower needed to be addressed.

Cute cozy room. The inn is an older establishment, it’s like stepping back in time to the 60’s the bathroom was tiny but clean. Our room had a kitchenette with a refrigerator and stove and sink . There were some utensils and dishes to use. All in all we liked the Pleasant Inn. Almost forgot the queen bed was comfy.

It made the whole trip so easy and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Morro Bay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place in a great location!

Upon check-in I had to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge that I was there, even after ringing the bell. However, after the girl got there she was nice and told us the rules. Since it was 4th of July weekend she mentioned that room cleaning would be delayed on the 4th but if there was an emergency not to hesitate to reach out. She told us about things happening in Morro Bay which I appreciated. My family & I visit Morro Bay a couple times a year. We’ve never stayed here but this might be our go to after this. It’s within walking distance and has the space we need. The only negative is the bathroom. It’s a tiny. The shower, the toilet, & the sink. It worked for us but barely. Parking is easy and free.
