This was our first time to stay here. We really enjoyed our room it’s was a large two queen bed, comfortable beds, quiet, walking distance to downtown. We will be coming back. 😊

Clean and quiet. Good location. The mattresses are sub-par.

Clean Very large room Hot water, so many places don't have hot water. The mattress was very old needs to be replaced. Toilet didn't flush very well needed adjustment. Replace shower head. Adjust slider screen door.

Nice place ,clean and good location. Only problem was we were on 3rd floor and roofers were working on roof which started at 8:00 A.M right above our room. I wish staff would of gave us a heads up.

Clean and fine but nothing to write home about. Bathroom fixtures and linens are a bit outdated and mediocre but if you just need a clean place to stay for a night or two, close to the beach, Main Street, or the Siren for a concert, it certainly does the trick.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking area. Bummed they don’t have breakfast anymore. Would suggest to add tea to the coffee in the rooms and maybe fruit at the counter

The lady at the customer was more than awesome. She helped direct us in maneuvering around the city as well as getting us into our room. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable to stay there.

Parking easy. Room clean. 'Water' view is dubious. Ice maker on our floor was not working. Wishing they had contacted us about potential changes to room assignment by email or text before checkin ... that type of last minute surprise is disappointing. Nonetheless, ok for the price.

About two blocks away from the docks and shops so still a good location for a short walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part. My only complaint really is the beds. Everyone has their own preferences but I'm pretty sure the mattress wasn't that soft by design. They felt very worn out. I don't think I've ever slept on a mattress that sunk down as much as those did. I'm sure the views in many of the rooms with a balcony are great.

Quiet hotel well maintained rooms very large and clean. Only problem was on the Expedia website. It was advertised as with breakfast. It did have no breakfast otherwise good hotel no issues.
