I love this place and the owners. I stay here almost everytime I visit Morro Bay. I have been about 10 times since November 2025. Super clean. Very friendly. Great location.

It’s clean and convenient motel, but pricey but on par with competition in the city. Showerhead is low for tall ppl. You can see the rock only if you climb to the roof of the motel.

Everything was great. One of the best smaller owned hotels I’ve stayed at. Updated, nice, and clean.

Hotel is walking distance to shops and restaurants by the water. The room was newly renovated and clean. Parking lot big enough for guests. I would stay here with my family again.

All I can say positive is that Morro Rock was a block away. The property is decaying. The towels, sheets, and comforters are extremely old and wore out. Comforter had stains. Everywhere I looked I would find a new issue. Staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies to move to another room. It was disgusting.

The motel was full, and the hot water took a while to come on -- but the water did get hot enough to shower.

We loved the fact that our room definitely had a very clear view of the rock in morro bay. The room was very clean . The whole property was very clean. Short walk / drive to all the shops,piers,and beach . The staff was very helpful . It was very nice experience would definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

We’ve been staying here for years and years and it’s always great. We are always able to bring our pups (with a pet fee) which is a huge plus for us. Rooms are clean and Shelly and Nick are wonderful. I also like the location as it’s close to Main Street and the Embarcadero. We will be back!
