A/C unit was small and not very effective. Too hot for using fireplace, but it was not as pictured, basically just an electric black box by the closet. Overall, the location was more important than the other factors and we enjoyed our stay.

The person on staff was friendly and helpfully explained the amenities. The room was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast was not included. The window in the bathroom would not close, and therefore could not be locked. This is a hazard for two women sleeping on the ground floor, esp. since the window, faced and open, unlighted field. Our room was situated just across from the ice machine, unfortunately.

Right next to the coast line We got a room that was not in the main building but standing in the front of the main street inside the parking space. The walls where so thin and the windows where not giving any isolation from the street or the parking and the blinds where not really helping and we still had light coming into the room (not talking about privacy from the street or the parking lot). When we asked immediately for a different room they said that there is no room available in our paying level and didn’t even suggested any upgrade even though we booked this room months in advance. We felt very insecure and uncomfortable.
