Amazing view, lovely gas fireplace on balcony. Great staff.

Excellent views, construction noise of a restaurant ran into unreasonable hours. Management was very accommodating and rebated some of our expense.

Location was perfect and made the stay special. The decor was unique and appreciated. The bed was to die for! The staff was extra nice and even recognized my wife’s birthday. 1. Indoor seating was uncomfortable. 1 hard chair and 1 that was impossible to relax in. 2. Vanity lighting was unique and inadequate. 3. Parking. Not your fault but still a hassle.

Location was incredible. So close to the water and right in the middle of everything. That the trip needed to end and parking. Parking wasn’t the best but I was able to park close eventually.

Pros... Great view. Great security. Really nice room. Real dishes, glasses & mugs. Real cream for your coffee?!? Comfortable bed. Patio is a major bonus. Room was extremely quiet when door was closed. Fireplace. AC. Loved the cabinet in the alcove to refresh linens, etc. Cons... Parking could be a little easier, but again need to weigh that against location. Street & neighbor noise when slider is open. We weighed that against the GREAT patio space for the win! No maid service.

This was our favorite stay in a long time! Cami, who was so friendly and knowledgeable, checked us in, accompanied us to our room, and spent time showing us all of the wonderful amenities and details. Everything was a step above what we usually experience in large chain hotels. A great deal of thought was put into every detail appointing our room. The bed, shower, decor, view, and basically everything in the room was exceptional. I actually ordered the pillows before checking out, so we can enjoy the same ones in our own home. We also loved relaxing on the private balcony, sitting in the comfy deck chairs, looking at Morro Rock, beside the cozy fire pit, while also watching the Otters, kayakers, and boats come and go. At check in, we mentioned we were there celebrating our 30th anniversary and Cami gifted us a wonderful bottle of wine from a local cellar. Our stay at HarborWalk Inn reminded us to support small business established by people who want their patrons to have the best experience possible. This is one of those places. It’s a gem! We’ve already decided to go back next year, if not sooner. Cant wait!

The room and people were amazing. Didn't like the parking situation or the coffee maker. Hopefully these things can be improved over time. Too expensive for the nightmare of parking.

Really simple to park and we were able to check in early which was great. The room was so clean and full of lovely touches, really spacious with lots of storage. The balcony and fire pit were just as described with an amazing view of Morro Rock, so lovely to sit out in the evening. The access to additional amenities on the corridor was so useful eg kettle, paper plates and extra creamer, plus the water machine. Super comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and would definitely return for more than one night next time.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an incredible location. Our waterfront suite had a huge outdoor patio with a fire pit and a sweeping view of the Morro Bay Rock. It is more expensive than a nice hotel chain but well worth it for a special experience. Nothing

Location was in middle of the waterfront activity, perfect for walking to all ammenities. Would come back anytime.

The room was adorable…we had the dolphin suite. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and stocked with coffee, filtered water, nice shampoo and soaps and had a phenomenal view of Morro Bay! The owner showed us our room and went over how to use everything, including the outdoor fire pit!

Great location, super clean, staff was great. The room was nicely decorated and had all we needed for the stay. Loved it! A bit of noise in the morning with the Seagulls jumping on the roof, but that was manageable with some provided earplugs :).
