This spot was incredible! Staff was very helpful. Rooms were beautiful & clean! We will defy stay here again!

This was our favorite stay in a long time! Cami, who was so friendly and knowledgeable, checked us in, accompanied us to our room, and spent time showing us all of the wonderful amenities and details. Everything was a step above what we usually experience in large chain hotels. A great deal of thought was put into every detail appointing our room. The bed, shower, decor, view, and basically everything in the room was exceptional. I actually ordered the pillows before checking out, so we can enjoy the same ones in our own home. We also loved relaxing on the private balcony, sitting in the comfy deck chairs, looking at Morro Rock, beside the cozy fire pit, while also watching the Otters, kayakers, and boats come and go. At check in, we mentioned we were there celebrating our 30th anniversary and Cami gifted us a wonderful bottle of wine from a local cellar. Our stay at HarborWalk Inn reminded us to support small business established by people who want their patrons to have the best experience possible. This is one of those places. It’s a gem! We’ve already decided to go back next year, if not sooner. Cant wait!

The room and people were amazing. Didn't like the parking situation or the coffee maker. Hopefully these things can be improved over time. Too expensive for the nightmare of parking.

Really simple to park and we were able to check in early which was great. The room was so clean and full of lovely touches, really spacious with lots of storage. The balcony and fire pit were just as described with an amazing view of Morro Rock, so lovely to sit out in the evening. The access to additional amenities on the corridor was so useful eg kettle, paper plates and extra creamer, plus the water machine. Super comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and would definitely return for more than one night next time.

Location was in middle of the waterfront activity, perfect for walking to all ammenities. Would come back anytime.

The room was adorable…we had the dolphin suite. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and stocked with coffee, filtered water, nice shampoo and soaps and had a phenomenal view of Morro Bay! The owner showed us our room and went over how to use everything, including the outdoor fire pit!

Room was very clean. Staff attentive. Motorcycle pskng space in front!

Loved this property! It’s was very clean. Loved the themed decor. We had the Octopus room with view of the coffee house across the street with a peek a boo view of the bay from the balcony. We went on Memorial Day weekend & it was very pleasant. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place on the table & electric fire place in the room. Beds were very comfy. We will be going back & get a room over looking the bay next time. Highly recommend!!!

We found a great place to eat nearby and were able to walk to the restaurant. Please know that you will hear the seals and the seagulls. We loved the sounds, but they were audible into the later evening. We can highly recommend this hotel. It was truly beautiful and very enjoyable-the room itself, the view and the staff.

Very new and clean property, right on the water in the center of the Embarcadero close to everything. It's a tiny property with 8 rooms and no lobby (you check in at the gift shop downstairs), but they keep all of the things you might need handy, including filtered water and extra coffee and towels. The bed is amazingly comfortable and warm. We had the smallest balcony in the Mermaid unit but it still had everything we needed included a great view and the firepit worked perfectly. There's also a fireplace inside. I saw a complaint about the children's playground outside the rooms. You'd have to be quite a grump to hate the sound of children having fun. It wasn't loud enough or constant enough to bother me at all. All staff was pleasant and helpful and available. There is no parking in the property but we had plenty available on the street.

When in Moro bay this spot is the place to stay. Beautiful hotel all around. Our room had a perfect view of the bay & rock. Best of all the staff treat you like family and of course the room with it’s beautiful balcony / fire pit was incredible. 5 out of 5 stars.

The room was designed beautifully with no expenses spared. The terrace was an amazing addition. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We would have loved to have stayed much longer!

The view and the room was beautiful and quaint. Staff was super friendly and the bottle of wine was a perfect touch. Sitting out on the balcony with the fire pit looking out to the bay was incredible.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Small family run hotel. The service was amazing and the location and rooms were absolutely stunning. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
