Clean, comfortable, enjoyed the roof top patio and jacuzzi tub we had in our room. Breakfast food selection was good though same egg and meat every day. All good.

The staff is phenomenal. However, you can tell that the place is an older property. Some upgrades they've done to the place doesn't really make sense but for over all experience it was 3.8/5.

Staff was wonderful, we left some items in the closet, but didn’t realize it for a couple of days. When we called, they had tried to contact us, but had a iincorrect phone number. Once we reached out, they shipped same day. Gracious folks! No instructions for the temperature control, difficult to regulate. The gap between entry door and the floor which led in a lot of light. When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was pet friendly. But no allergic reaction reactions, so all good

Location is perfect for my wife and I, comfortable with a nice rooftop area to relax. What really makes our experience lovely is the staff. Nice and hard working.

That you could hear the people above you walking around and taking showers. But it's an older building and they did a great job with the remodel.

The beds were very comfortable! And the pillows too! The bathroom marble gives it a rich look. Clean and nice people at the front desk. There were a couple things but we told them at the front desk and she gave a message to the maintenance man to fix it.

Walking distance to the Big Rock and all restaurants and amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wine and snacks offered on arrival also a nice touch! Breakfast was AMAZING- advertised as continental breakfast- there was a great selection of juices, coffees, teas, bagels, breads with a selection of spreads and there was even a waffle machine where you can make your own waffle! Hot option of sausages and eggs also available. Could not ask for better! Loved everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. My request for two rooms close to each other was accommodated. Love that they have an elevator and I didn't have to climb stairs.
