Was able to see morro rock and a beautiful sunset from my room. Room was clean, beds were ok. I also enjoyed the small balcony area, it was cute. No AC since you’re by the ocean. But they do have a small box fan you can use. I slept comfortably. Small 10-15 min walk to get to the water and restaurant area. Provided breakfast also which was great. Staff was helpful

The room I had was not air conditioned. Not sure about the entire complex. The office said there is a box fan in the closet. Put it by the screen and will cool off. It did, just a little longer than what I would have liked. That may have been due to the fact that there were no plugs close to the screen. An extension would have been helpful. Very nice few down to the harbor.

We stayed on 3rd floor corner room. It was wonderful, everything worked ,bed was cozy. The only thing was the noise...lol. there was a Sea Lion that would not shut up, and then the Sea Gulls would start up..the rooms have no A/C soo it was either be warm or leave door open and be cool and hear noise ALL NIGHT! We'll thats what we did....lol. We were there at the end of July. But we each got a lil sleep but not much. But you cannot do anything about nature. This hotel is within walking distance to the Em barcadero street, so its a win win and the breakfast was good as well as the staff, they were awesome. Thank you

We loved our room. Everywhere was clean and pleasant to experience. Breakfast was good. Great location for hanging out in Morro Bay. We will book there again.

Good location. Breakfast was good for us. Gorgeous view from balcony. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

The location is convenient if you’re mostly going to be out all day at the beach or walking around the shops. Our room was not clean and the ac does not work. When we asked about the ac, the front desk just laughed and said it didn’t work and to open up the window. However, it was really hot the day we went. Morro Bay is absolutely beautiful though!

Property is old. Very limited parking. When returning to the hotel at night, had to drive around to try to find somewhere to park. Also, breakfast is only served for two hours early in the morning. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast due to the early and limited availability.

Spa pool was small but adequate and a welcome amenity after a long drive. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Room was a little cosy.

Our room was well kept and everything worked great. Breakfast was good. We could have used AC. That was the only problem with our stay. We had a great view of the rock, stacks and ocean from the second floor balcony.

Walking distance to everything Morro Bay! It was an excellent choice for us. Breakfast offerings were well enough, nothing fancy but enough.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The bed was old and sank in the middle. It made it very difficult to sleep. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside. I booked the room thinking I would have views to the bay and they game me a room over looking the parking lot. And they don’t have enough parking spaces so if you come late you will not get a spot.

It was an okay hotel. Very close to everything so you can at least walk to places so that’s a positive.

Breakfast was wonderful, room was clean and also wonderful. Great location and view.

Harry at the front desk was awesome

Breakfast was ok. More seating is needed. Not very many tables available to sit at.
-
The staff was really great. The bathroom area is on the small size but that could have just been the room we got. Very reasonable price for the time of year. The breakfast was nice, good variety.

Amazing stay! The staff is very hard working and hotel was very good. Breakfast was very good as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay. :)

Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes in wet clothes after a beach day to check in because the host needed to go on break around 6:15pm. When we did get our room it was okay (with a balcony) but no AC so we needed to keep the balcony open. It was a bit noisy during the night and early morning (seagulls and slamming doors). Breakfast was good and host did provide extra amenities for us.
