It was a perfect quick trip

Courteous staff, clean room. The bed was substandard to what we are used to with Best Western. The pillows were also substandard. We did not sleep well. The breakfast was okay and the the spa itself was in good shape, but the room it's in needs sprucing up.

We stayed here to attend the Avocado and Margaritas festival, so we could just park and walk. The front desk lady called us so we could check in early. The parking was free and covered. The room was clean, you can tell it was an older hotel, that was updated. There is NO ac, just open the sliding glass door and instant ac.

I don't feel customers should have to pay a deposit fee for using a card as payment. I don't feel customers should have to pay a deposit fee for using a card as payment. The bathroom was very small and shower wasn't sufficient.

Bed was uncomfortable, NO AC. I payed over $450 and got no AC. Restroom was tiny.

no ac. everything looks more spacious on pictures really close to car wash so it's pretty loud at night with the machines and the vacuums

The jacuzzi was out of order. The top drawers in the dresser kept rolling to the open position causing a hazardous situation. That I was questioned when I requested wash cloths for the room and then had to sign for them?

Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the 24-hour self-service car wash directly across from the hotel. The noise from the car wash and cars was quite loud, especially at night, and significantly disturbed our sleep. Other than that, everything about the hotel was great.

I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub, we get there & the hot tub is cold water even after turning on the jets for 30min. Also the hotel is very close to the rock, view was great but the birds were so loud we had to sleep with the sliding door closed & the hotel doesn't have ac since it's cooler weather there. Not a great experience at all. Bed was also uncomfortable & hard.

Very good location, few minutes to walk around shopping area, restaurants.
