Staff members were very personable and friendly. Moscow is also very quiet which is nice. The room wasn¿t the cleanest. There was a lot of hair and I found old bars of soap in the shower.

Plenty of parking and close to other businesses. Shower doors not work properly. Bedding was pretty yucky.

Location Beds

Very close to the college. Shower w/constant drip that became steady flow - could not use at all. Floor looked clean but left a black coat on socks and feet. Manager unreachable, staff unprofessional, unauthorized charges on credit card. Value = $50, Price Paid = $--+ Feel duped.

Staff was friendly and the location was close to the University Very out dated rooms, low quality sheets and towels, hair in shower, very loud and dirty ceiling fan, and just overall more of a less secure dirty motel feel. The beds were not comfortable. You get what you pay for here.

Staff llfriendly and efficient. Took 20 minutes for the shower water to warm up.

The staff was polite and courteous. There were near zero amenities. No coffee in the room. Poor quality towels. At $150 it fell way below expectations.

It was available on a busy day Room was small and not very clean. Outlet inexplicably turned off with light switch on the opposite side of the room.

Did not like the hotel. Do not know how it got a Need level rating. Could not close the bathroom door all the way. Vent for the intake for the air was in the shower. No good temp control on the AC. High Ned or cool yet it would not go off. Floors were not clean( no carpet) shower looked like an after thought. The grout was bad and your feet got the Matt towel black. It was a walk in and was not slanted correctly so the water ran out. There was water damnage on the back of the bathroom door

Proximity to WSU Not really.....charged us $--/night and the motel did not even provide soap to wash hands. Was nervous to stay there any longer than needed; just slept the night and left early morning

Close to where I was going. They need anti-slip pads in the shower and they need to clean out their faucet filters is they were plugged I did it myself.

It was a place to sleep. The windows were bolted shut The mattresses were old. The tv had no remote. The air conditioner only worked for heat and the vents were extremely dusty. The bathroom had a weird chemical smell. When you turned on the shower the fixture came off the wall.

the 2 people behind the registration desk were very nice and it bode well for a good stay. from opening the door to the room to leaving the property, I felt like I need to be deloused. Bad faucet, bad shower, 1 set of towels, no shampoo, no conditioner, a wafer thin piece of soap. The whole experience SUCKED. For $--- per nite. Bates worthy!

Location High cost Quality control

The staff was vary friendly and helpful the water in the shower was terrible to hot to cold u couldn¿t adjust it. It had a mind of f it¿s own. The beds were so hard I couldn¿t sleep, I thought the price was to high for this room.

The best part was checking out the same day Was transfered here for work temporary stay. My skin rashed and swelled up an hour after check in, we pulled back the mattress top cover and there was bleached out blood stains all over. We checked out after my skin reaction, still had to pay $290. Awful.

Clean got what paid for professional staff I liked everything

Room was not dirty but very aged and not taken care of. Black mold in shower.
