Booked a room for a day earlier than needed called to see if there was anything to be done to change reservation, front desk was terrible.

the first thing is the TV didn't work. the clerk came to fix it, but had to call someone else to key in some numbers or letters to get it to work. The breakfast area was very sparse regarding the food. There were NO forks, some of the tator tots were from last week (they were all dried out and very hard) no yogurt or butter, no bananas (only some apples for fruit) The grounds didn't have plants or grass, there were some type of stripped plastic covering where flowers or grass would have been planted.
