Nice place to stay, clean room and good breakfast.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the freeway but a distance from downtown. The room was clean and spacious and checkin staff for helpful. Breakfast was the usual fare.

The hot tub doesn't have bubbles and I was told 2 different reasons for it not having bubbles. The lady that checked us in told me that it was the State...Health Department doesn't allow them to have bubbles and they were the only hotel in Washington state that fallows the rules, the door to the pool and hot tub was broken it wouldn't let us in so we had to get a temporary key that barely worked. The manager the next day gave me a different reason for the hot tub not having bubbles and she used a "personal reason " she wouldn't turn up the jets for more bubbles. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the amenities they offer weren't working correctly. Being a traveler, it would have been nice to have the jetted tub working fully.

Waffles the second day they served ham i stead if sausage. My husband dislikes sausage so it was an added bonus. Many hotels just do the same every day. Hot tub was out of service the first day. That was disappointing. Thank you for fixing it the next day. One of the things we search for is a hot tub. My husband's disabilities make showers necessary because soaking baths are difficult...He loves a nice Hot Tub!

Rooms are spacious, pool is nice. Hotel room was not clean. Pee all over the bathroom, dust and dirt all over the room. When I told the front desk they weren't bothered.

Breakfast menu was tasty with many items to choose from.

As far as the room, the beds were comfortable. My mom took a shower and told me the shampoo and conditioner were difficult to use and the fan didn't work so it got very hot in the bathroom. Also, they're was a big sign in the bathroom that said they only clean the room when we ask for it. Not an issue for us since we only stayed one night, but it seems that would be annoying if you stay a few nights.

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and it was a pleasure to be there. R00m was clean, but appeared the window had been left open and very duty on the heater.
