Very satisfied with our stay. We had to evacuate Spokane because of the wild fires and this was the only hotel available and I’m so glad we ended up here. The staff is amazing, and the property is well maintained. The room was clean, and we felt very safe. If we ever have a need to stay in Moses Lake again, this will be the place we’ll choose.

Breakfast was decent. Clean rooms. For being close to the highway it was very quiet. Comfortable beds. Stayed twice in one week highly recommend.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location needs an elevator. That is my ONLY complaint about my stay.

The manger let us park our motorcycles next to the front door and under the entrance canopy. That goes a long way towards preventing theft of the bikes and was very much appreciated.

There was no elevator for our upstairs room. The hallway upstairs was very hot the first couple days and our room was pretty hot the first night. The 'kitchen' was a joke. It's an older building and the room and bathroom were cramped. The sink didn't drain very well so inconvenient. There was only 1 ice machine for the whole place and it was empty when we needed ice. We wouldn't stay there again.

We had gone for my brothers funeral service, and check out was at 11 am. We had to set things up for his service, and the staff was kind enough to let us check out at 1pm instead of 11am. That gave us extra time to take care of things for his service. It was very much appreciated . It was hard enough that we had lost our brother ?

The bathroom was ok....some dirt behind the faucet for the sink and the sink itself needed a good scrubbing. The hot water took FOREVER to circulate up. Minimum of 15 minutes. So the hot shower requires some patience. Plenty of parking, so no issues there.
