Comfortable bed.

We were immediately impressed by the fresh, bright open look of the lobby. Everything about the Fairfield said quality and thought in design and function. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The only area of improvement might be a quieter air conditioner. The stand out feature of our stay was the friendly and excellent service provided by every staff member. We want to recognize one person in particular. Her name is Danni. She greeted us as we arrived and was so cheerful and helpful. She even helped sign us up for the rewards program for future stays. We travel in a Tesla and were grateful to have a charger on property for our use. The Fairfield will definitely be our choice for future stays!

My husband and I found the bed to be very uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Had a great stay here. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there’s a Starbucks nearby.

Very good hotel. Had some issues with the TV but they did get it corrected. Bed and pillows were okay but I have had better.

The staff was very accommodating for our very late arrival (2:30 am). The room had a smokey smell - but we ignored it for the night as it was so late. The staff assisted us in moving to a new room in the morning. We did request a late check out due to some scheduling that we didn't know if we could work around, at first they provided a 12:30 checkout, but when we called and said we just could not get there until 12:45, they accommodated by extending it to 1:00. Have stayed here a few times and find it to be a good, clean hotel with a friendly staff.

Only complaint was the eggs were a bit rubbery. Everything else was great!

Staff was friendly, although the young employer at check-in seemed a little lost overall, but he was pleasant. The pool was warm enough for me to happily join my kiddo no fewer than 3 times during our stay. Breakfast was varied and just what we needed. While I dont expect to return to Moses Lake soon, I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were fine, and sheets smelled predictably of bleach, which was the only downside - I'm sensitive to it at times.
