Corridors were too hot (guessing 78 degrees), shower valve in 427 needs to be replaced.

I was late because of my flight. They accommodated me with no issues. They water was hot once you got the setting right. It was a great stay I'll stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel many times but this visit was horrible. Had to move rooms 3 times the first night due to major maintenance issues. 1st room developed a major flood when using the shower. Water flooded the bathroom AND bedroom from behind the wall. 2nd room's shower handle fell off when turning on the shower. 3rd room had soap dispenser off the wall sitting on the counter.

Great rooms! Breakfast options were ok but not good for vegan people. Unfortunately, floors are not soundproof… the room above us made so much noise…we couldn’t sleep well… but the rooms are great, spacious and bright! I loved the bathroom setup too! Just suggest that people with children stay in the first floor instead of above people. Staff was very helpful and attentive!

The room itself was pretty good however, the sofa in the room had a very nasty looking stain. It was disgusting looking other than that the place was fine.

This time my room was not as clean as usual, there were stains on table top by sofa, the toilet seat was broken (it kept sliding off when sit down) , there was no shower gel soap to wash with (i used shampoo) the shower handle didnt stop to turn off hence the shower dripped all night. The inner window shade was frayed and didnt raise properly. This is unusual for this property, change of management or personnel possibly
