How big the room was and the staff were excellent and so was breakfast! It needs renovation, the TV was old and the luggage carts were unavailable and broken!

The staff was upper friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. The kitchen area in the room had everything you can think of. Breakfast was freshly made. We had a lot of options. There also was plenty of seating to eat. The kitchen staff was constantly making new batches of food and keeping the food area clean.

Having just stayed at another local hotel of the same star rating for a similar length of time, I have to say our overall experience was much better at this Residence Inn. The entire team—from the front desk and breakfast staff to housekeeping—was remarkably pleasant and professional. The rooms were well-kept with no broken furniture, and both the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable. We also enjoyed hot showers and a quiet atmosphere throughout the halls day and night. My family and I would 100% stay here again!

It sounded like a Hurd of elephants were staying over us. You could hear everything. The property is in poor repair and dirty. We won’t stay there again. Horrible holes in the parking lot.
