Residence Inn by Marriott Mt. Laurel at Bishop's Gate

The house keeping stuff was not friendly. The hallway was not clean . Dogs barking all night

Great stay. Perfect for families with children. Pool was nice and they had an outdoor area for families.

Having just stayed at another local hotel of the same star rating for a similar length of time, I have to say our overall experience was much better at this Residence Inn. The entire team—from the front desk and breakfast staff to housekeeping—was remarkably pleasant and professional. The rooms were well-kept with no broken furniture, and both the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable. We also enjoyed hot showers and a quiet atmosphere throughout the halls day and night. My family and I would 100% stay here again!

It sounded like a Hurd of elephants were staying over us. You could hear everything. The property is in poor repair and dirty. We won’t stay there again. Horrible holes in the parking lot.

Your guests were too Loud and you could hear them through the floor. Also your iron ruined my clothes. It burned my clothes. I mentioned it when checking out and they said someone was going to contact me but they didn't. Iron and guests

Staff never inspected the room prior to our arrival. There was no sofa bed in the living room area. Our reservation specifically was for lodging of a party of three. We were told that there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. A member of our group had to sleep on the floor due to this preventable situation. Moreover we were never compensated for our trauma of this experience although hotel management said that they would indemnify us for their incompetence. Up till now there has been no proof of that promise to rectify this mess.

Breakfast was suitable. Room was nice although i couldn't use the dish washer, the toilet would run occasionally and trash was often left in the hallways. I also used the laundry facilities to wash my clothes but the dryers weren't working. When i called the front desk they made no offer to dry my clothes. They instead told me to call a number at 9pm. I had to hang my wet clothes around my room to dry. I felt that was thoughtless and inconsiderate of the clerk.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very upfront and honest about everything that was going on. They were very willing and more the happy to accommodate to any inconveniences they may have caused Please beware of the pool, department of health and sanitation deemed it unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Also please beware of the food I found hair in my breakfast one day and then my husbands breakfast sausages were still pink, cold and uncooked the next day
