I loved the breakfast The manager was not nice they had a evacuation at 3am the staff never alerted me to evacuate I woke up to and smoke alarm going off and I had to call the Frontdesk to see was it a false alarm they said no you need to evacuate and It was not a fire it was a faulty smoke alarm i asked to be accommodated for waking me up out my sleep and having to stand outside the hotel almost a hour with A hip problem the manager was not understanding so for that i will not be coming back to that hotel i paid too much for my room to be treated like that.

Convenience. Staff helpful Stayed for 5 nights. They only cleaned the night before we left and that was only at our request . At least clean every other day. Yuk

I had a comfortable clean room, the hotel is in a great location and the staff was wry friendly. My only complaint is that the towel hook and shelf in the shower is 6 foot high. Very hard to reach either.

This hotel offered a pleasant experience. Its location was highly advantageous, though I believe it caters more to families due to the adjacent Funplex. Furthermore, noise from children in the hallway was consistently audible, indicating a potential issue with sound insulation.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Responsive staff and clean place right next to the FunPlex! It was a great family hotel and you get 20% off funplex. It was so nice.

Shower floor was dirty. Hanging shelf in the closet was broken so we couldn't hang anything (we were there for a wedding nearby so this was very important). Room didn't have an ironing board. Lighting in the room is horrible and AC wasn't blowing cold enough.

The Hotel overall was clean and pleasant. But I stayed in room 232 with my family. Floor was not cleaned properly. The mattress on the pull-out couch spelled like straight up pee and you can see the pee stains. The couch was highly dirty. I had to use a sheet to cover the couch. The cleaners did not clean under the couch; I found past guest dirty laundry. Not sure if all rooms are alike or I just had a bad room. I stayed here in the past, and the room was not as bad as this one.
