Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Mount Laurel / Moorestown

The Hotel overall was clean and pleasant. But I stayed in room 232 with my family. Floor was not cleaned properly. The mattress on the pull-out couch spelled like straight up pee and you can see the pee stains. The couch was highly dirty. I had to use a sheet to cover the couch. The cleaners did not clean under the couch; I found past guest dirty laundry. Not sure if all rooms are alike or I just had a bad room. I stayed here in the past, and the room was not as bad as this one.

The hotel itself was clean and inviting. With our baby it was relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is a combo of Hawthorn extended-stay hotel rooms with kitchenettes and La Quinta hotel rooms without. Lots of families with kids stay there because there is an amusement waterpark right next door. Our guest room was clean. My only issue with the guest room was that the sofa was uncomfortable because it was old and the seat cushions were worn out and way too soft. I rarely comment about a sofa, but this one, which was a sofa bed, was off-the-charts bad. Which was strange because everything else about the room and the hotel was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet included eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, coffee, milk, soy milk, and almond milk. The hotel is located just off I-295 in Mount Laurel NJ, a suburb of Philadelphia, and relatively close to NJ Turnpike exits 6 and 7, about one hour north of the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

The room was not really cleaned when we first arrived, just really disappointed.

The room is larger than your typical hotel rooms. We enjoy having a kitchen inside the room.

Good location Not enough room with 2 queen beds. We were two friends traveling together and had a king and has to use the sleeper sofa.

The staff was extremely friendly, checkin was a breeze. Our suite was beautiful. We were shocked to see all the amenities the room included that were not listed. Breakfast could have been a bit better with some more options. Other than that our only complaint was not having the infant crib we requested for the room but thankfully we brought our own as a back up. Excellent hotel overall. It was right next to a Funplex so double to fun without having to go far

Everything was 10/10! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I had a great stay and would definitely book here again. Nothing major I had a really good experience overall.

There are two La Quinta hotels in the area, check to make sure this one is next to the FunPlex Mt. Laurel.

Nice property, clean and with parking for large vehicles. Good breakfast and indoor pool. Rooms clean and with a small kitchen if you are planning on staying longer.

Staff was helpful in allowing us to check in an hour early. Breakfast was great for the kids and very clean common areas. Room had great amenities in the kitchen. Attention to detail when it came to the cleanliness of our room could be improved. Also, waited an hour for extra sheets that never came. Girl at desk was helpful in getting them when I went to the front desk to get them instead.
