I loved the property.During, our stay it was very hot in the lobby, and it was being cooled by fans, Unfortunately it was a heatwave(7/3-7/5/2026). However the property was clean, and updated.. It was plenty of space in the room for my family. The breakfast was okay, not enough fresh fruit, but enjoyed the waffle. It didn’t have enough options, vegetarian or Kosher etc. Even though I didn’t utilize the pool or the gym. They were clean, and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the lift for wheelchair bond individuals. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean. The drain in the shower was clogged so the water backed up, but the AC was nice and cold in 100-degree weather.

Breakfast was good. A lot of different options to choose from. Even somehow it could be extended to 10am would be awesome. I did get locked out of my room before check out because the hour changed. A couple of people had the same issue. Something to look into in the future.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly. This was our second stay at a Springhill Suites and my goodness they are EXACTLY the same. Had some deja vu! Anyway, lobby and room were clean. Bed was okay, above average for hotels but definitely not my sleep number! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 small children. Bathroom spacious. The 2 nights we were there, the hotel was fully booked, yet we had zero noise issues which I was impressed. Pool area was clean, the pool was a bit chilly for it being heater but we didn’t have any problems using it. We had a few small issues that were resolved quickly without problems, so no need to mention them! Breakfast was good! My only recommendation is they add 1-2 more towel hooks in the bathroom or room. With 4 people we did not have enough places for towels to hang and dry. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be looking for Springhill Suites when traveling.

We’ve ordered a room For 5 ppl, paid over 400 bucks - and got a room with 1 bed! At one point they said they are not sure why this room is registered as 6 ppl and offered us extra blankets so we could put the kids in the floor! Even worst, we actually ended up not even having 1 blanket per person and my middle kid had to cover with a towel!!! Inacceptable!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location close to I295, but still quiet with nice surroundings. Easy and free parking. Very good free breakfast. Well-equipped workout room. Our room was spacious with a separate sitting area and had fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. We were very satisfied.

I was very happy to see that the bathroom glass door has been darkened so no light shines on the bed at night. Thank you.

The breakfast was serviceable. The location was good for our purposes: visiting family and attending our granddaughter's track meet. The room was comfortable in spite of the frustrating maintenance issues we encountered. The check-in was slow because one of the two people at the check-in desk was a person in training who needed significant help to complete process. This was especially problematic for three reasons: 1) The hotel was busy because there were two weddings that had booked blocks of rooms for that weekend. 2) The hotel was undergoing a system changeover which did not permit the use of the mobile app to check-in or gain entry to the rooms. 3) Some of the keys were "bad" and did not allow the desk to issue more than one key for a room in spite of the fact that there was more than one guest in the room. There was no coffee service available for a considerable length of time on the morning of May 16th because the coffee machine in the kitchen was "broken." The bathroom sink in our room did not drain properly which resulted in debris floating up into the sink, an unsanitary situation which made it unusable. The initial solution was an offer to send maintenance to our room next morning, an unacceptable option. We had to request that we be moved to a new room which was reluctantly done. After moving to the new room, the handle on the toilet fell off on the second use. Fortunately, my husband was able to reattach the handle, a puzzling task since it is reverse threaded. All in all our first evening in Springhill Suites was frustrating and unacceptable. The problems we encountered could have been more easily remedied if the management had prepared better for the system changeover and prioritized guest service.
