Damp, old carpet in halls, smells like weed in the hallways, tub cheaply replaced with shower pan but left curved shower rod in place. Water drains all over cheap linoleum. Outside pics of hotel very deceiving. You get less than you pay for. Food terrible, auto coffee maker dispensed something lime coffee but not sure.

First and foremost, the air conditioning in the room. It was a saving grace after being out in the Charleston heat for 4 hours. Breakfast, while basic, was good to start the day off with and was parallel with my expectations. The fold out couch that could be used as a second bed did not seem to have been cleaned out prior to our stay. As I began to fold it out, saw crumbs and wrappers left by the whoever stayed there previously. Had to resort to just sleeping on the couch as it was.

The entire inside needs renovated, it’s dark and not inviting. Our room was way too small for 2 people let alone 4 that we had. The breakfast was very disappointing. They were out of stock on eggs and all juices. The dining room for breakfast was extremely tiny. The TV in the breakfast area wasn’t working. Only ONE elevator for the entire hotel. An ugly fish tank in the lobby which was dirty. Won’t be back and won’t stay with best western.
