Best Western Patriots Point

Location was great I was very disappointed with this room. Upon arrival, it was clear that both the room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly, which immediately made for a poor first impression. The room itself was shockingly small, and the overall layout was very poorly designed for such a limited space. Even the bathroom felt like little thought had been given to functionality. The counter is positioned in a way that prevents the toilet lid from opening fully, so the lid literally falls against your back while using the toilet. For the price and what I expected from this property, the cleanliness, size, and awkward design of the room were extremely disappointing. I definitely expected a much better experience.

Great location. Price was decent. Staff were nice - helped us move rooms. From the outside, it looked nice. The inside revealed it's a bit older - smelled musty in foyer and our room. Could not get the hot water to work in the shower. Took a little barely warm shower, was not great. Called front desk and they were able to move us. Was not the same size bed, but did not want to have the same issue the following night so we switched rooms around midnight. The next room we were in did not have working entry lights and the main tv remote would not work, so could not watch anything. Both rooms had shower floors that made us want to use shower shoes

Everything was nice, the breakfast could have been better, more selections, and they had no butter for waffles or toast.

One of the best service for this place.

The grounds are lovely and parking was easy. The desk mgr was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the strong odor of cleaning products--it was terribly strong in my room. I think I might have been in the pet room judging by the laminate flooring. I woke up with a migraine from breathing the strong smell all night and decided to abandon after my first night and go to a different hotel. It is in a convenient location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. We had a slow drain bathroom sink, but it was not a problem. Just want you to be aware.

Disappointing

The bathroom flooded in the night and we had to leave at 6am before the ceiling collapsed

I was first greeted with a warm welcome. Offered tasty cookies. The property was brightly lit inside and out. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and cozy. I felt like an invited guest. The room was clean all amenities worked properly and we were well rested each day. I would return to this property & tell others. The parking was adequate and we felt very safe. The staff was so nice and genuinely helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The entire staff were professional and friendly. Parking very good. Breakfast amenity was good.

Nice clean room. Very nice employees. Breakfast was decent…good coffee that’s available all day. Comfortable bed. A lot of light from the hall coming in around the door so it wasn’t very dark in the room at night. Would definitely stay there again.
