Staybridge Suites Charleston - Mount Pleasant by IHG

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety each morning, and the Monday–Wednesday evening socials were a great bonus. The gym was well equipped, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Que at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always happy to offer recommendations that made our trip even better. Very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that breakfast could get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff kept everything stocked and clean.

People that bring their dogs and leave it in the room all day,just to have it bark for hours.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The facility could use a little updating in the guest rooms, but the staff and location more than make up for any issues. We plan to return next year.

Great location! About a mile from Patriots Point, just a short couple of turns then over the bridge into Charleston, 5 miles away from the Boone Hall Plantation, room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and you have free parking.

All in all, it was a good place to stay. The room was mostly clean. The pull out bed in sofa was disgusting but they did bring clean mattress topper for it. The breakfast was decent. The treadmills in the fitness center were both out. Which is a bummer. But other than that, it's a good hotel for the money. Great location too.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! Our room was clean and each time we spoke with the front staff, they were very helpful! My only complaint is that we were traveling with a toddler and I called ahead 1) to ask for a crib to be in our room at our late arrival 2) if our room had a tub because I couldnt tell from booking. That person informed me all rooms had tubs, but our room ended up having a shower. The crib was not in our room at arrival, but front desk went above and beyond to get us one quickly! We also enjoyed breakfast each day, and the outdoor pool one day.

We had a one bedroom suite and it was quite spacious. Quiet hotel with good breakfast and nice staff. Great location, could be in Charleston in less than 15 minutes and surrounding beaches in less than 30 The living room furniture was a little dated looking.

Clean spotless room. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Right beside the pool. Pool did not stay crowded so always had chairs open. Staff was amazingly nice. Located very close to the waterfront park and lots of restaurants.

Breakfast and afternoon snack food is always good and fresh. Room was clean but pull out sofa sheet was not clean. Sofa was very well used and lumpy. Bathroom and kitchen and bed linens were all fresh and clean. I stay here all the time for medical visits and it’s becoming home away from home.

Great value for your money. Centrally located to get downtown or Mount Pleasant. Good clean room, comfortable bed, full kitchen, friendly staff and free parking. We stay here often when coming to Charleston. Highly recommend if you don't need all the frills!

The staff and the location. Kitchen area was difficult to use except for the microwave. No frying pan or kitchen table.

Complimentary on-site washer and dryer. The all the staff were amazing to my husband and I and all of our young children. The 2 room suite was above what I expected, clean, comfortable, and so awesome for our family of 5. Everyone was happy!

Great space for families or long stays.
