The staff was great. We needed something frozen and staff accomplished this for us. The halls and our room were damp and humid. Water never got cold. Stayed lukewarm. The toilet ran all time day and night The toilet seat and lid stayed damp as a result of this. Reported this to desk clerk at checkout . Hotel was very full at checkin and we made due without reporting until checkout.

Great hotel with one caveat. They had the lowest seated toilets I’ve ever experienced. Need to add grab bars to exit.

This was the cleanest hotel I have been to in a while. Every staff member was kind and courteous and wanted to make our stay extra special. The morning breakfast was a little different each day and well maintained. This location was also 6-7 minutes to downtown Charleston and close to other shops around the Mt Pleasant area. No complaints

A bunch of kid in the pool screaming past 11:30pm. Wasn’t able to sleep. Do not recommend.

A little bit lower the bed but comfortable mattress. The noise outside on always with the guest talking for longer time late was not pleasant. Should be a good manners to let them know the guess like to sleep and not make any noise after 10:00 pm. Should be addressed to the management.
