We’ve stayed here 4 times now. Favorite hotel in our favorite city. Always clean. Sweetest staff. Breakfast is absolutely gourmet. Love the in-room full kitchens!

Staff was amazing!!! Clean, comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!!

The bathroom was not very clean. Mold and mildew in the shower. HORRIBLE smell coming from underneath the kitchen area sink. TWIN size blankets on a queen sized bed - impossible to stay covered when 2 persons in the queen bed. Iron was FILTHY and left a smear on my white linen pants. We hate the 3rd day rule on trash pickup and linens. Maid service should come in ONCE per day to replenish with clean wash cloths and empty the trash. We should not have to walk to the front lobby registration area to request clean wash cloths. We will be traveling to this area again in October 2026, but we will be finding other accommodations.

Our stay was amazing and close proximity to everything in Charleston as well as Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms. The room was spacious and amazing. I still give it a five out of five but disliked that they only had DIRECTV without the option to login into Netflix or Prime Video or Hulu or to be able to cast or stream to the TV.

We wanted a nice basic room for family of 4 with breakfast close to all the Charleston tourist attractions for a few days. This fit the bill perfectly. The staff was visibly on top of cleaning things constantly and very friendly.

Overall it was a good experience- staff was nice, property was well maintained, and the room was clean. The only concern we have was that the bathroom door (a sliding/barn door style) was broken. It was off track could not be closed completely.

No WiFi and no assistance from the front desk staff.

Plenty of space. Loved the frig and kitchen sink. Was so nice to have the couch option during the day as a space to sit and relax instead of always being in the bed. Great location and staff was very friendly.

Clean and great location. Pool was warm.

The breakfast included was diverse and good. Full kitchen, plates, pans, cooking surface and microwave in room. Laundry and gym. Great for an extended stay with family to avoid expense of eating out all the time.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained . I am looking forward to staying at the facility again if I’m ever in the Mount Pleasant area.. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleanup staff.

It was spacious, very quiet and clean. Breakfast was ok, we overslept it once - it ends at 9 am. Wish it was until 10. need more options for waffle toppings but overall ok. The location is great on Mount Pleasant, easy to find and get around. Room was clean, just never had shampoo refilled or enough towels, but we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

I was surprised at how nice the rooms were and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The price was great. Will stay there again.

We stayed here because it had a kitchen which was fully stocked. And very clean. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. When we did arrive, though around seven o'clock, we had to wait about fifteen minutes for the Receptionist to show up. She had also left cash just sitting on the counter. Great breakfast.

The breakfast was exceptional with a large room and a lot of seating. The firepit area seemed neglected in that the cushions were covered in leaf debris and hairs, so that was disappointing. The public hallways seemed way too cold for comfort as well. Would definitely stay here again when in the area as the room was spacious and clean.

Great place to stay with kids and pets! Nice set up in the room with the kitchen to easily fix snacks and meals for the family. Great outdoor space for dogs to get out and get some exercise. There are dog stations outside, as well as a path around a little pond. The breakfast was great and filling, with a variety of selections, including some variations from day to day. Easy access to the Isle of Palms beaches and Sullivan's Island. All staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
