Tru by Hilton Mt Pleasant Charleston

The staff were very nice. I didn't like the fact it was raining, with thunder and lightning and there was no cover to unload the truck. My husband was in a wheelchair and there was no way to keep him or his wheelchair dry. There was no coffee in the rooms. When I asked about an ice bucket, I was told they were by the ice machine. The rooms were nice but I definitely didn't like having to leave the room for my first cup of coffee.

Had an issue checking in. The front desk staff worked diligently for almost an hour trying to fix the computer gliche. It was finally resolved.they are awesome.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Kind of hard mattress though. But very great place to stay otherwise especially if traveling with a dog.

Had a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

My only two requests would 1. be more soft lighting in the halls and rooms. Only one light in the room could be dimmed, the rest were super bright. 2. I also heard a clicking noise in the middle of the night, maybe AC? But the AC was great, super strong, very cold so that was wonderful. Overall, a solid stay.

Location right along highway wasn't the best, but its location was convenient to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Loved that the hotel was right in the middle of anything we wanted to go check out around town.
