Tru by Hilton Mt Pleasant Charleston

Friendly staff

Excellent

Friendly staff, clean, plenty of parking and in great location. Breakfast was good. No noise issues. My only real complaint was the bed was hard and the pillows were to soft. It was definitely worth what they were charging though. I would stay here again. I would probably just bring my own pillows.

The room was large enough for my husband's wheelchair to move around in and so was the bathroom. Impressed with the size of room. The only thing was the door going into room was HEAVY!

We really enjoy this hotel. The property is well maintained, the hotel itself is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. In fact, Lindsay and Kreston who were at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very updated and very clean! Breakfast was okay, wasn’t a lot of choices but it was not a big deal. Definitely will be staying here again!

Kreston at the front desk was very welcoming, funny too! We will definitely be back. Also, I am a very picky hotel stayer and they get my vote. Excellent.

Rooms were clean and had adequate space. Breakfast ends a bit early at 9am, but it’s good.

Continental breakfast ok. Rooms clean, smaller than expected. Shower design allows water to escape onto floor excessively.

FYI Google Maps has their location wrong, sends you to a medical center on the opposite side of the road . I can’t remember his name at front desk , I wanna say Tristin but he was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Great personality. We would go back again just to see him. And Sheba the later night front desk person was very kind and put up with us drink old ladies with a great sense of humor. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and the area was very cleaN

Location was ideal, hotel was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Plenty of parking which was free and easily accessible.

Very good

Location good. Room clean but a little cramped. Breakfast was the standard fare. Staff very friendly.

Clean and functional. Breakfast options left something to be desired.

Complimentary parking is always a nice perk.
