The door on room 514 wouldn’t close all the way unless you slammed it. It was left open from housekeeping after the cleaned the room. Overall Everything was nice

room was very spacious and comfortably fit 2 adults and 3 kids.

My AC didn’t work in the other room

The carpet had not been vacuumed in the hallway until the second day we were there. Overall, our rooms were very nice, cleaned day and spacious.

We were staying with our two dogs, and when we walked into our room, the pet odor was extremely strong. While some lingering smell is understandable in those types of room, the excessive odor is likely due to lack of prompt cleaning by previous occupants and hotel staff.

I wish the AC was a bit quieter. It sounded a bit high. Our bathroom was beautiful, clean, modern and new. The location was super convenient and close to many places we wanted to visit. We will reserve this hotel again if we go to Savannah!!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was always so friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is very convenient — there is a great plaza nearby with shops, entertainment, restaurants, and many places to explore. There are also two beautiful beaches within about a 10-minute drive, which was a huge plus for us. The breakfasts were delicious with a nice variety of options, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Hotel was clean, had a fantastic breakfast and is 3.5 miles to Isle of Palms beach. Located in a great shopping area and walking trail.

Convenient location to travel to Isle of Palm for family reunion, great location in outdoor shopping area near Trader Joes and restaurants. Breakfast was great! Family of 5 fit snug but just fine!

The complementary breakfast was very good. It was more than just cereal and muffins.

We arrived at check in time which was 4pm and had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be cleaned! There were 10 other people waiting as well. We were given no discount of any kind. The front desk clerk was rude, and he refused to give any estimated times of when rooms would be available. I do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place, lots of shopping

location, free parking, a cozy room, and polite staff. The only inconvenience for me was that the laundry machines required coins to operate-both for washing and drying-and I didn't have enough of them. As a result, I had to change my plans.

A few shortcomings, but overall we would definitely stay here again! The location is simply wonderful. We walked to so many restaurants, stores and bars every single day. The hotel itself was clean, and my only suggestion would be a mattress upgrade. The bartender was a sweetheart, and we really enjoyed chatting with her every night.

This is me and my family's favorite hotel in this area! Great rooms, great area, love the pool. I wish the pool area was taken care of a little better but it's still a great perk to our trip. Also, showers are nice and hot but lack a good pressure. Definitely made up in other areas though.
