The housekeeper never cleaned my floor the entire time I stayed - 4 night. Also the stairs from the 1st floor to the second floor reception were not even swept the entire time either.

When we first opened the door the odor was unreal, it smelled like a wet dog. The TV was half blacked and maintenance said it was one of the rooms that TVs was ordered for but we could not even see the icon used to turn it on he told us to scroll to the left several times then hit ok and it would work. The room overall was very clean the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
