Room was not as expected. Was supposed to sleep 6, but only slept 4.

Check in clerk was very pleasant and informative. Room was clean and in room A/C was definitely working. Then there's the free coffee and breakfast. Happy girl!

There's no better or satisfying impression than walking into your hotel room and finding it clean with no funky smell. This is our experience every time we stay at this hotel. The staff is efficient and pleasant. It helps the rounded experience when you sit in the morning in their breakfast room and have a satisfying meal.

Accessible shower is flush to the bathroom floor. Would not be a problem, but the shower curtain is over a foot from the floor, and no matter how careful you are, the entire bathroom floor is wet even with the drain. Floor remains wet and slippery.

Pool was down in middle of summer and we specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. Staff was very rude(lady at desk)when we asked about when pool would be operational again( didn’t care).Didn’t have any extra blankets,light switch was broken in room

I liked that you had full privacy in the room. The noise was so minimal, it was great! Room was nice.

This is our second time staying at this property. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and property are very clean, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff are great. The breakfast served is top-notch. I would honestly be happy to stay at this property every time I visit the Charleston area.

The free delicious morning Buffet breakfast. The incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The incredible close proximity to the Isle of Palms beach - a 3-mile drive on the Isle of Palms Connector with no turns. PERFECTION ? Housekeeping for our room was a little sloppy...incomplete.
