I love the property, the staff, and the location! I have stayed two times in a room where I have requested a bath and both times the drain plug did not fit and I was unable to take a bath.

The staff was amazing! Cathy went above and beyond accommodating my requests, and was kind & personable every time I say her. I travel for business to Mt. Pleasant often, and typically use Airbnb, although, I will be staying at Homewood Suites from now on! I did not most of the breakfast items, I wish there were more gluten free, and dairy free options.

Lots of shops around the hotel. This hotel is very well kept. The free breakfast menu changed daily. On Wednesday they have happy hour with a meal and wine and beer. Staff was very attentive. I would stay there again definitely.

Honestly, I was very disappointed. Parking is a big concern right off the bat. I understand not really much you can do about it. However, the fold out couch bedding had not been changed. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and stopped up. Also, in the bathroom above the shower had mold all over the ceiling. Room service never came until the day we were going to leave. I had to go and ask for more towels. Sadly, trash was piling up all over the place in the room. Granted I get it. You're not paying for Trump Plaza. However, you can make even a shack clean. And certainly try to do a better job at meeting people's expectations. And rather than asking people to write reviews that have stayed here. Maybe the CEOs or upper management should visit the properties more often. And I would strongly suggest coming unannounced. If I was the property manager? I would certainly come in and clean house. And I don't just mean the cleaning of the hotel. I would give people an ultimatum about how much they need a job or not? A company is only as good as the crew running it.

This was one of the best places that I’ve ever stayed. Everything about the experience was great. I will always return when in Charleston.

Always enjoy staying here. Close to the beach. Great staff and management. Best hotel breakfast. Clean rooms and a nice pool. We will be back again!
