Restauant right next door and very clean. Been notified about leaving my box of earplugs on the nightstand beside the bed.

The staff seemed almost nonexistent. There was one person that I witnessed managing the breakfast. One person at the front desk that would show up if you rang the bell. I don’t think we ever saw a cleaning staff, though we weren’t there very long, only at night and in the morning. The hotel was very dated. I can’t say the room was unclean but the hotel itself just seemed old. There was some general maintenance issues but not worth reporting. Nothing major. The pool was so cold that my daughter who swims in very cold pools and oceans couldn’t even stay in there.

Cons-very “tired” furniture. Peeling varnish on nightstands. Peeling surface of microwave/frigerator cabinet. Large crack in wall of shower insert.

Need a sign on the main road---no indication where the hotel is ---went back and forth with uturns 3 times to find it---property not maintained---terrible hotel deodorizers that smells up the entire building---I am environmentally allergic and I had to wear a mask the smell was so overpowering---I left my private water bottle and they didn't put in lost and found and just threw it away---coffee cups couldn't have been smaller

No maintenance had done for a while, everything was falling apart. Ice machines missing or not working, AC did not work properly, hotel/ room was musty, breakfast was just okay, TP cheap.

Room was okay needs some updates. Beds are uncomfortable.

Staff checking in he had no personality at the desk didn’t tell us about parking or any amenities. There was no breakfast just coffee

The property needs to be updated. Very worn out. Needs a facelift!

The floor in which we were on smelled like weed which transferred into the room. Was not happy about this situation. Called down to the front desk and they did tell me to go and see them to see if they had another room available. But I was running late to a function, therefore did not bother, my stay was for one night only.

Original room offered terrible. Changed to a different great room. Staff helpful. Room nice. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Amenities useful.
