Large, absorptive towels, a refreshing rain bath shower, a spacious BR, especially comfortable mattresses and bedding, good TV reception, a very helpful kitchenette, the included delicious, wonderfully varied, breakfast menu, helpful receptionists, reasonable nightly cost, and close proximity to all of Charleston's main attractions!! Needing housekeeping/maintenance dept. improvement: Upon arrival for our 2-week stay: The garbage disposal’s sharp mold odor that the maintenance dept. denied being able to fix. Rather than tediously changing rooms, which was offered, I ended up cleaning off plenty of black mold from the underside of the rubber gasket and flushing the disposal with baking soda/lemon packets (my purchase), ice cubes, and water. No liquid soap, dishwashing detergent in the kitchen, a wobbling ironing board with a flimsy cover, and a water dripping iron were more kinks. A couple of times during our stay, I had to request additional toilet paper, Kleenex, a dishtowel, and vacuuming. Upon request,though, all of these issues were resolved. Amenities far outweighed the weaknesses, and we would definitely like to stay again at this affordable hotel the next time we vacation in Charleston!

Breakfast was very simple. But as in many hotels in the USA.

I loved the kitchenette and good size fridge was very useful. Breakfast was OK. Very clean bathroom. The floor at the entrance was a little sticky, didn’t cause much discomfort took me two minutes to wipe with wet paper towel. Great location. Satisfied overall.

We enjoyed our stay. Joanne at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful while we were there. The parking lot was small. There was only one large luggage cart there and on our check out day someone must have kept it in their room because for several hours that morning we checked for it and it wasn’t available. We had stayed there for five nights so we had to make several trips to take our luggage out.

Coffee station in rhe lobby was not good, watered down, and not well stocked!

Room was very clean

Great location for many things. Easy to get in and out of with exits at each end of the road. They have Weber gas grills in front of the hotel if you're using the place as an extended stay.

Clean, comfortable room and the staff was professional and friendly from check-in to departure. Liked it all.

Cleanliness and quiet Price

All was great.

Gloria checked us in and she was so friendly and explained all of the property amenities.

Friendly staff. Everyone was quick to helped with a smile. Nice variety of food for breakfast with new hot items each day. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was over too early. Got there at 9:15 and it was already cleaned up, even coffee was gone!

Rooms were very nice and clean.staff is very friendly. Will stay there again.

Our stay at Towne Place Suites by Marriott, at Mt. Pleasant, SC, was excellent. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. A breakfast was included. The location is just minutes away from Trader Joe's and Kid Cashew restaurant, which are two of our favorite places. Sullivan Beach was great, also a short drive from Isle Of Palms Beach. High Five ?

Everything was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We did have a very squeaky bathroom door in 419 . Also I didn’t care for the chime in elevator at each floor. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection.

Breakfast was lacking, the food does not live up to the pictures presented online..

We booked this place because it was pet friendly. Upon check in we were give a bag that included treats, a poop bag and a paper with information about local pet friendly places. We visited a great waterfront park and a beach with our dogs after check out based on this information. Five paws review!
