DoubleTree by Hilton Charleston Mount Pleasant

Location The hotel accommodations are very nice. The irony though is the king size bed needed a ladder to get on and the low profile toilet must have been purchased from the elementary school models. Hilton do better!

Jamila at the guest service desk was amazing! Helpful and kind. Upon check in, that person was NOT helpful or kind. Each interaction with him was not good.

The rooms are really nice and the front desk staff is ALWAYS FABULOUS! The bar staff Alexandria was our favorite at the bar!! So sweet and helpful!! Can’t wait to see you in March!

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. It is more of a corporate comfortable setting. I did enjoy the food here. Parking was convenient. Overall good experience but I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a family friendly environment. It definitely draws a more mature crowd and the vibe is low key.

Very nice property marketed as a "DoubleTree" but better described as a "Hampton Inn". Very clean and great staff - but the layout, amenities. and location are best described by the "Hampton Inn" standard.

- smell upon walking in is overkill of carper freshener. no good at all. get rid of carpets go runner on laminate as you dont have winter. smell is overbearing

A really nice cozy, relaxing lobby and bar/restaurant area when you walk in. My husband John and I after a long trip enjoy relaxing and having a drink before bed this place was perfect. We did not have to go anywhere else.
