Hyatt House Charleston / Mount Pleasant

Checked in early and staff was nice. Had two rooms and swapped one double queen to a suite. Suite room was cramped, infested with ants, and wall air vent was pouring out water/condensation all over the room. pool was in disrepair but functional.

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Omelettes cooked to order. No complaints here. Would definitely stay again.

The motel was very nice, but my daughter and I had a problem, taking a shower and the water was over the bathroom floor, no matter where we turn the head. That was the only thing that was wrong.

Great location, room is comfortable, nice staff, breakfast was good. Would return. The room was freezing! When we tried to make it less cold the AC smelled. We just turned it off.

Good location.. Front Desk Lady was sleeping in room next to office had to make noise to wake up. . Parking lot was a mess . Breakfast was standard but , Tables were dirty Location was nice

The staff was helpful, The hotel is in a great location- close to Charleston sightseeing , shopping , highway and the airport.

Bathroom towel “bar” needed fixing and coffeeemaker pot was broken but everything else was great. Very quiet and comfortable night stay

Phenomenal head to toe. Clean, good breakfast freshly made daily, wonderful staff, very homey.

Nice stuff. Good location. Breakfast was good. After check in we did extra cleaning by ourselves for our room because kitchen and floor was sticky.

We love the location. Easy access to Hwy 17 and 526, also to the Isle of Palms Connector if you want to visit the beach there. The breakfast is good, they do have an omelette bar but my husband missed that as the cook was late starting up. Overall it's a great place to stay.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful with questions. Kids enjoyed the breakfast with so many different choices. The pool was clean and just the right depth for kids to enjoy. The only problem we had was we ask for joining rooms but didn't get. My sister left her necklace in the room after check out called once me were home a 5 hour drive to see if someone would go get it for her,we would make the drive back down on Monday to pick up was told they would leave housekeeping a note to call if found. Never heard back that was very disappointing.

Nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was below average.

I’m impressed by the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The food was not good at all. It could be better. The fruit was not fresh, and if you don't have fresh cut fruit, put out apples and bananas. The service area where the food was being served was clean, so the staff did a great job; it's just the food choices were meh. So, I went out for breakfast.
