Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mount Pleasant, WI

Excellent place to stay, very clean, quiet and perfect location.

We stayed for 4 nights. I call early the next to have fresh towels to our room. We received them late Saturday morning. We never had housekeeping services. We had to continue getting fresh towels from The pool area. The air conditioner was not working properly. The parking was taped off at 7:30 am on Monday . Had to remove tape . So we could exit. Not a pleasant experience.

This place was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in there. They had a very nice courtyard with grills that you could use as well. The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel Absolutely nothing. It was great

Room was spacious and cheerful; though did find an empty bubble bottle between the floor length curtain and wall. No extra furniture save a very uncomfortable chair. Desk/chair was comfy, though directly under tv. Glad there was a microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom oddly laid out; toilet and shower separate from sink (which is nice so one person can shower while the other has sink access), but very very tight. Door between sink and toilet & shower wouldn't open all the way and would be hard to close for anyone over size 14. Nice size closet, but only 5 hangers, and no light. Bed was a tad firm for my taste. Television remote easy to figure out, and decent selection of channels. So very happy they allow cats; mine loves to travel and is good company. (Though last time I stayed here--I never got the pet deposit back with no explanation as to why) Arrived Saturday evening, stayed Sunday and Monday and left Tuesday--and of Sun and Mon, the pool was closed for about 24 hours and the front desk apparently wasn't told, or gave me wrong information. There was no warning sign on the front desk or doors regarding that, so very disappointing. Staff friendly and pleasant. Hot Breakfast had nice variety and stayed opened 'til 9:30a.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. weekends. Ample parking lot, but could use a serious resurfacing to fill in the cracks and potholes. Easy in/out, close to a variety of eateries et cetera.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, from the courteous staff, the clean room and the breakfast options. The location is close to several good eats and easy to get to from the highway.

Everything convenient It's was too cold in the room they could gave out information about the hotel and what they offer and don't ran my credit 6 times when I already paid i waited for 30 minutes before I got a room then keys card didn't work then I had go back very un happy about these all they say was they got a new system
