Pool ceiling was leaking the whole trip, room curtains were dirty, ceiling in rooms were caved in and walls peeling, whole family woke up sick, guest banged on gym doors when working out. Overly all unpleasant stay.

The fitness center was great but the fact that I had to forgo the complementary breakfast because I booked my hotel through expedia.com is a little ridiculous.

When I walked into room after checking in someone took a poop in the bathroom and left it in the toilet. All full of poop .

We appreciated how clean the hotel was, we appreciated the happy hour with free drink tickets, cookies, and snacks. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Ac didn’t work. Room would not drop below 75°. Front desk did supply fan but it did not help

We didn't get to stay at all, my sister lost her wallet so we couldn't even check into the hotel

The location. The rooms and lobby were very hot and unable to cool the room. Twice had extended wait at front desk since no one was there. Had to ask for a receipt which showed incidental charge actually charged, not just 'hold'

I booked the room because of the free breakfast, when I arrived I was told my stay was to long to have free breakfast every day. I got 2 vouchers for free breakfast and told the rest of my 19 day stay vouchers would be slid under my door, that did not happen. The Fitness Center was upgraded but only one treadmill screen worked. They have conceirge lounge that says come in and enjoy but was Locke. I asked at the front desk and they said it was for elite members only. Sign did not say that. There was a tub in my room and I prefer a walk in shower. None of my concerns when brought to management where addressed just told someone would call me. Never got a call, would not recommend on basis of bad communication if you need anything or have an issue with your room.

The location of the breakfast? The breakfast was good. Who designed the bathroom? Good thing I'm not plus size cause i don't know how a person squeezes into the shower past the toilet. Also the sink stopper didn't hold. The room itself seemed like it was missing furniture. Only one small chair for sitting? No table? The door frame had a side gap that let noise and light into the room. Room had not been vacuumed.

Good location and most importantly the room was clean. There was no room service even though the TV said “in room dining options”. You couldn’t charge the onsite restaurant to your room.
