Everything was perfect

The drain in the bathtub was apparently stopped up because when we would take a shower, we ended up standing in 2 to 3 inches of water. It took a long time to drain.

I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation

Overall great hotel and hotel experience. Check-in and check out were quick and efficient and the room was just as described.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed staff. Comfortable room. Great coffee. Breakfast biscuits crumbled and fell apart. But there were other choices of bread available.

From the start, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They got us checked in quickly. Got to the room, and it was very clean and well equipped. A very good place to stay. The only possible negative I saw was the parking spaces are a little tight for full-size trucks, vans, or SUVs.

Friendly staff but older hotel with no elevator. Floors in room did not seem to be cleaned. If so a poor job. Not enough towels for size of room. Breakfast was nothing fancy but it did its job.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable that we slept well. They served a hot breakfast of sausage, gravy and biscuits. It was very satisfying and filling. We will definitely stay there again.

Welcoming place. Figured out a solution for a reservation mistake I had made without any issue. Very clean. Comfortable bed! Easy parking and access to all of Mountain Home activities. Didn’t eat breakfast…not early risers:), so no comment.

First night restful and Quiet. 2nd night sounded like Goliath stomping around, back and forth most of the night! Not Sure what could have been going on. Breakfast was still pretty good but didn’t care for the sausage links as well as the patties they previously served.

My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay.
