The room was semi clean, other than some random hair and the couch smelled like body odor. The ice machine did not operate properly.

Water dripping from ceiling. LOUD A/C system prevented us from sleeping and got for 30 min then cold for 30 min. TV system not user friendly.

Floor on the room was sticky. Front desk was clueless. I would nevertheless stay there again.

Staff were awesome, beds were not that comfy but the beds were clean , bathrooms in the hotel room in dulux rooms around the pool area are very cramp for any size person, toilet seem loose from the wall but rooms are very clean but if it says room are sound proof they are not and about a 1 inch gap under the door to floor.. pool was very clean but pad around the pool very slick if wet internet is weak 10.3mbps but will i stay again i sure will

I want my credit. Shouldn’t have to wait for it. This is the 21st century.

Breakfast was nice

The people working there play dumb, lie and pretend to be oblivious regarding the state of the hotel. Clearly this is not the first time he's had this conversation with other people who he scammed. I was told since they have 75 rooms they can't keep them all up to standard. They refused to refund our money or let us take pictures. There was no manager on duty after being told there would be. They refused to return our phone calls. For our health and well-being we couldn't stay there. Booking.com was kind enough to request a refund from them, but they denied the request, telling us it wasn't their choice, which is the opposite of our communication with bookingdotcom. There was mold, dilapidated rooms and nothing was matching the pictures online. The furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the road. Everything was FILTHY! I wouldn't have been able to take a shower there, let alone use the jetted tub or pool. The bathroom ceiling was falling on my head as the door scraped across it. The ceiling tiles are held in place with wads of toilet paper. There are missing bath tiles, unfinished handiwork resulting in sharp edges and mold in the shower. It was just an absolutely disgusting building. I hope "Ron" at the front desk stubs his toe everyday he performs fraudulent sales practices. Gross.

It was very clean and my room was clean and cold. I love the balcony and the indoor pool. The breakfast was smelling so good this morning morning.

The price for the stay plus breakfast was great The pool was usable during my stay

We had our dog and had an outside door.. that was so much easier.. staff was the best.. My room was in the corner and I had to park 8 parking places down.. didn't like leaving my vehicle that far away

Someone tried to the my hotel room at 2-3am on 5-31-26. Luckily I had the little bar lock over the door. I then watched a member of the hotel staff make out with a girl right in front of my room door. I watched this through the peephole. It was the front desk attendant that was there, I believe he lives there. A far as breakfast, it left a lot to be desired, but when people from overseas constantly buy up hotel properties and turn them into Indian family housing and curry smelling buildings, what can you really expect? Not much. I didn't like the entire vibe of the hotel.

Didn’t eat very friendly and facility was clean

Very nice staff. Helped my kids carry a tote we had as I carried the baby. The staff brought the crib up for us so I didn't have to carry it. The room door was a little crazy. You had to pretty much slam it to close it.

This place is older and it is definitely showing it's age... I will say it was safe, clean, very friendly, and easy to get into and out of. the breakfast was sufficient, but not anything special. a good choice for the price point.

The pool was very big and deep, we loved it The air conditioner was not very cool and the rooms need to be updated

The staff were the best we encountered in 22 days on the road! It needs a hot tub and elevator. I'm old so... but the night staff helped us carry our luggage up!

Hotel looks a little older than most inside and out. It is well maintained and clean. Pool looked great. Staff were friendly. Did not check out the restaurant but seemed pretty busy during the week. Could use a little more lighting in the parking lot. Pretty good breakfast. Great hotel for the price.

Very quiet, staff friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool, wished the waterfall was operating but it was still pretty to look at. Nice barbecue area and we enjoyed the restaurant one night. We would definitely stay here again! Na
