The pool and hot tub need to be refinished it made the whole hotel look rough

Nothing, it’s dirty and needs updates It smelled like weed so bad that our throats were burning and when we went down to the desk the lady said she could give us an air purifier and handed us a can of room spray. Refused to do anything about it, so we left.

The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.

Reasonable hot breakfast. The room smelled dirty and like a wet dog, rooms weren't clean and we got there almost 2 hours after check in time, pool room was filthy and packed with a birthday party we weren't informed of, child vomited in pool and we weren't informed for a while so children swam in it.

Everything was good except that I wore white socks when walking around the room and they were very dirty when I took them off. This tells me that the carpet needs cleaning

The property was great for our trip. The ac didn't seem to work the best in our room, but we managed. We always stay in this property when in the area. Its convenient, and our grands love the pool!
