There was no hot water. I ran it for 10 minutes. The room by the air conditioner was filthy. This used to be my. Go to place when I travel to Mt Home. Never again

This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good. The parking lot is well lit at night and there was ample parking close to the front door. We stayed on the 3rd floor, right around the corner from the elevator (which I usually dread) - and never heard a single sound all night long! The morning breakfast was ample - with hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, breads, etc., but since we didn't actually try anything, I won't comment on that. Will I be back the next time I roll through? Yes, indeed. AND, in case you do not know this - there is a bar downtown called the Square Piano. It's about a mile away - and SO MUCH FUN!!! Check it out! We were there on a Thursday night, which is jam session night, and one of the regulars is Charlie Askew from American Idol - perfect pitch!

Staff- very friendly and helpful Air conditioning- nice and cool Breakfast- wish there were more milk options, like chocolate milk. the warmers were a little lacking as they need a microwave to warm up the food.

I appreciated the amount of lighting and cleanliness of the parking lot. My family felt safe when we were out at night. I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. They had coffee at all hours in the lobby but I didn’t want to leave my room to go downstairs to get it.
