Quality Inn & Suites Mountain Home North

My room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Which is fine unless you are carrying heavy luggage.

Rooms on bottom floor have very high ceilings and echos are made easy, but that's minor. Had to go to the desk to fix my key card for the room 5 times. A/c in the room was unreliable and didn't work as well as it should have. Pool was very clean and nice, towels available at the pool. Cleaning services are only available upon request, which we didn't know ahead of time, so 3 days and no towels or trash pick up. Overall, nice place.

Room was nice and quite. They did charge $10 extra at the property for a first floor room. No elevator.

Travelers beware: there are no elevators at this two story property. Only stairs.

Very comfortable with a nice pool. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great with a lot of options including biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, eggs and more. Ice machine up stairs did not work the two days that we were there. We had to go down stairs. There was not an elevator.

The breakfast was average - the parking lot was good size and the location was easy to find. Good access to grocery store and places to eat.

The facilities are clean. The staff was very helpful! Their breakfast was good! Hot biscuits and gravy were great.

Room was very clean and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. Only reason that I did not give 5 stars was lack of elevators. It was difficult, as an elderly man, to climb stairs with my suitcases. This should be clearly stated on website. I would have paid the extra for a first floor room had I known.

This property was perfect for our needs. I is clean & well-maintained. We were super-happy that there are guest laundry machines available. Travelers should pay attention that there is no elevator and stairs are required if you are on the 2nd level. The lady attending the breakfast & dining area was on the ball! It was immaculate. This is a well-managed property and we will be back.

Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff. I especially appreciated that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner were very mildly scented and that very limited air freshener was used. We have sensory issues and strong smells are particularly bothering. I wish the pool had been open, but next time!

Only negative was ice machine was broken or at least didn’t have ice

The room was large and the whirlpool was great. It was very relaxing. Everyone that I made contact with was very nice and courteous.Had a great time . Nothing....

Great room. Always appreciate the bath/shower dispensers. Wonderful bedding, very quiet hotel. Breakfast is good, however they should really upgrade the coffee. Fresh brew would be so much better than the concentrated dispenser mix. Would recommend staying here. Pool looked very nice.

The staff was great. Everything was clean. Great location. Very affordable. Therese was noo elevator, which we knew about, but would of been nice to have. Even though our room was non smoking, it smelled like smoke when we entered it. I notified the front desk and they were very accommodating. We were given a spray that was would take away the smell and it did. The bathroom needed a fan. The second floor ice machine didn't work which is usually not to big of an inconvenience, except if you don't have an elevator.. Toilet was beat up, needed replacing. Breakfast was adequate but might suggest exchanging bacon for sausage occasionally. Had sausage all 3 mornings and wife doesn't like sausage.

This location seemed to be a little older, but it was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, located right in the heart of things to do. You get all of this for an outstanding price.

Food was great. Staff was beyond good. Did find a big bug in the bathroom the morning of checkout. Overall everything was great.
