It was a decent place to stay..could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice.

Room was clean. Looked renovated. No complaints.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and the mini fridge and microwave were functional. The breakfast was a bit simple, with the basic waffle maker, muffins, and cereal, but otherwise good.

Wonderful place to stay and Great staff

I stayed this hotel every other weekend for my nursing clinical at hospital last weekend there’s no towel in rack. I didn’t bother to ask. But i told the front desk guy Sunday morning before I checked out about the towels. I called them because they charged me extra $50 in my bills. Called them about and i found out they charged me for the towels that I haven’t have. They should hold accountable that they didn’t put any towels in there. They said manager gonna call me still waiting. Screwed up everything now I don’t think Im going to stay in that place again. It makes me think that they done this to others before. I am not staying in the place again. That’s really aggravating me because thinking about charging a towel that i never have in that room.

The only reason I gave this place four stars is because of the first impression I got. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and everything worked. The one thing that bothered me was when I walked in, the young lady behind the desk was taking a phone call and wouldn't look at me. Okay, that's business, I get it, but then she took a second call before acknowledging me. All the other staff were great as well. Yeah, I may be over-emphasizing the rudeness of the young lady, but as they say, "You never get a second cahnce to make a first impression."

Looks newly updated comfortable great price

Got a lot of bites on both of my legs. At least 20 that popped up a day after I left. Read about bed bugs (which in all truthfulness didn’t look) which bites occurs a day later. Left my luggage outside and washed all my clothes when I got home.

Location was great. The way the hotel is laid out makes it really really noisy. We could hear everything in the lobby from the bed in our room half way down the hall.

The people across from me blamed their TV until 1 am. in the morning and then had it back on blaring at 6 am.

Twas a great takeoff location for nature sites in the area. I like strolling the streets and the ones behind it were great for afternoon walks.

Both places took cash for the dog.

There was ample parking, easy walk to Casey’s in the morning to grab coffee/breakfast. What’s provided wasn’t great. It was clean and had the basics, no frills but you’re not paying for anything more than the basics. I’d stay here again for the price.

Very clean. Very quiet. Certainly will stay here next trip to Mountain Home
