The hotel needs a complete renovation!

Parking was a mess a nightmare for a truck

Nothing at all. Owner was rude. Our AC almost burned our room down!! They gave us a fan. But if very hot in the room. Neither me or my roommate could sleep. No hot water to shower!!! Terrible Everything

I had a very unpleasant experience staying here. The entire property smelled strongly of curry everywhere you went — the hallways, office, and even inside the room. On top of that, the air conditioner looked like it was from the 1970s and barely worked, which made the room uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also a major issue. There was hair throughout the room — on the floors, in the towels, and in several areas that clearly had not been properly cleaned. The room also had a noticeable moldy smell. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. I called the front desk to ask if I could pay for one additional hour before checkout, but the fee they quoted did not match the hotel's own policy. It felt like I was being misled. They also refused to handle it over the phone and insisted I physically come to the desk, which made no sense given the situation. There was no attempt to be accommodating or helpful. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, unpleasant smells, outdated equipment, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place

Very small, i paid 275 for 2 nights and i feel like that shouldn’t have been more than 75-85$ a night. Lamp in bathroom has no cover, you can see the wires, not safe & i stayed there with my baby. Limited parking. Indian looking man in the front made my checking in horrible and complicated. Never staying here again.

I reserved their most expensive room at 6pm, arrived at 6:30pm, and left by 7pm. So they did not lose any business over me, and they had 4 other identical rooms vacant, and more cheaper rooms.

Modern amenities. Pleasant decor. Some traffic noise. Friendly manager gave discount due to stay near surgery center (1 block). TV sound did not work and radio could not set time.

Convenient to work location. Parking lot is a little small.

the room was very cute small and super clean! i loved that I had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. the only downfall was that the bed was not comfortable at all for me. the mattress was very hard.

The aesthetic of the hotel was awesome. I love the look, inside and out. The managers were super mean, and gave us a hard time from day 1. They surprised us with a $100 cash deposit, which they tried to keep. The only reason I got my money back was because I threatened to call the police. They tried to send me a message asking for my credit card number + CVV code a few weeks before my stay. The message looked like a scam, so I ignored it. When I asked about it, I was told to "just ignore it" because everything worked out OK. Even though we cleaned the hotel as much as could be expected without a broom or mop, he managers said that they wouldn't give us our cash deposit back. I threatened to call the police on them, because of the scamming, and then they gave me my money back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
