The place was a lot nice than I expected and a lot cleaner. They even turn over your room every day, which was surprising. Parking can be a little tight, but the rooms are quiet even being right on el camino. I wish I stated here earlier.

Arbitrary charges
-
Very reasonable in a very expensive area.

There were no tissue boxes in the room. And when we returned for the evening, the smoke detector was indicating a spent battery. The staff told us to dismantle the smoke detector versus replacing the battery.
-
It was quiet.

Great location nice clean room front desk staff was very accommodating and so was the cleaning staff price was right too I will definitely consider staying here on my next visit

Dude at check in was cool. Enjoyed the conversation. Only reason I gave 3 stars on the maintenance is because the tub overflow drain is broken so the floor flooded. I am sure they will be correcting this as it was a great place with cool staff and ease of location. We will stay again.

TV was not working
-
All of the above were good.
-
Terrible stay the AC unit was loud and very annoying. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise because of it. I was charged $10 extra a night and the only explanation I received was they are figuring things out.

Clean room, large space, and helpful staff

Arrived to water all over the floor, small refrigerator was broken, the air conditioning worked but makes a loud noise, had to go to the front desk and ask for a new room and in that room the shower head dripped with water going everywhere., won’t go back.
