Great property. Room was excellent. Property is very well located.

Clean and updated.

The bed was the only negative part of the stay. Everything else, from the continental breakfast to the helpful staff, was great.

Parking was great. Breakfast was okay. Staff was nice, but not friendly. Had to request additional towels. Didn't clean room until exit.

The hotel was generally fine and the staff helpful. The walls are a bit thin so we had people next door who were disruptive of my sleep. Specifically, there was a neighbor in the hast two days who was holding phone or computer calls late in the night, particularly bad on what appeared to be a zoom call between 3 am until well after 4 am, and he was not speaking in a low volume although not clearly enough to be understood. The previous nights there was a family with children who were jumping around until at least 11 pm.

parking spots are very tight. I drive a minivan and I could barely fit into any spot. you take a big chance in getting your vehicle hit here because of the parking situation. Breakfast was good but they have very little space for seating. the hotel itself is very small. the room smelt very musky so we had to keep the windows open for the first night to get airflow.

Nice and clean hotel.

Very nice hotel, convenient location. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. They changed daily, cinnamon rolls were delicious. Room was clean, very comfortable size. Would gladly stay again.

Parking was easy the breakfast was simple but yummy.

Excellent clean property with great staff

The room I was given the TV did not work notified the front desk. The manager moved us to a room without any problems. I stayed here before before it changed. It was the best western a couple years ago and the renovations and the staff are amazing close to a venue that I love to attend. We’ll be staying there again.

Beautifully decorated and the breakfast was on par for this type of hotel. Everything was fresh and clean Small parking lot. It's not that I didn't like it but if the hotel was full parking would be an issue
