Breakfast was just ok. Typical continental for the room price of $100. Good place for a cheap quick stay if you’re visiting a BSU student. Very close to campus.

It took two days to get a plumbing issue corrected. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast could be better… the eggs were gone, the coffee was very strong and bitter and the sausage and pancakes were very small.

While the room was fine (liked the non-carpeted floors), the front desk worker was so confused, rude and said our room had been cancelled. (It hadn’t been cancelled - he was confused.) Took forever to straighten out and a line formed behind us. So embarrassing. Breakfast eggs were swimming in water. Gravy was gross. No elevator in case you can’t do stairs. Just felt depressing.

It was comfortable the location. It’s good. I wasn’t in control of the heat or air-conditioning and it was hot. They said they would come down and change it but that meant I had to get dressed open the door and let people in. I wasn’t doing that at 10:30 at night.

Staff was nice and the room was very clean. I will stay there again when I visit family.

It was close to the college. It is outdated. It was clean but not fully clean. The Queen beds are twin beds or full beds. It smelled like smoke. Felt unsafe many of times

The location was great. It was literally just across the street from the event we were attending. Location was super convenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We hardly got any sleep because of how uncomfortable the beds were.

Pool closed at 9 should have adult access without children later. 930am to me is early went down to get breakfast and there was only Cereal tried to get orange juice from machine and none of the dispensers work.

Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very polite. The AC worked but was very loud! Hard to sleep. The walls are so thin....no exaggeration, the connecting room had their alarm going off and it woke up my husband and myself. We were not happy!!! So between the AC runnind loud, rattling and the thin walls, sleep was a struggle. Bring ear plugs. Not your regular "Best Western". But also not owned by your regular "Best Western". They bought the name.

The staff were terribly rude and tried to overcharge me. Also withholding some of my deposit due to fault on their end about my dog!!! TERRIBLY RUDE WHEN I WAS CHECKING IN WITH MY KIDS TOO!!!!!!! The staff
