Staff allowed me to check in (paperwok), then after I completed my business, all I had to do was pick up my roomkey

Our room was never cleaned until we told the front desk that it had not been cleaned in 5 days. It reeked of marijuana.on the floor we stayed on, and not to mention there were people who did not have a room there and parked in the hotel parking lot where they smoked weed, and waited for the free breakfast. When we told the staff about it, they asked us what are we supposed to do. My husband told them to call the cops and ask them also when caught lounging in the lounging area if they had a room, this had to be addressed 2 to 3 times to the staff so most of our stay was smelling weed in a non-smoking hotel on our floor every night until they finally did something five nights in to our stay.

The staff were very nice and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast!

The overall hotel was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the rooms could use a little bit of work. You can tell they were understaffed and hiring maids or workers day by day. The amenities were OK. The pool was open and the ice machines were working very well. Overall stay was good to go. The only major downfall was the room had a lot of flies and bugs. Be ready for small flies and bugs on a daily basis. I have no idea where they come from but they will be present. Just bring some bug spray and that will solve the problem during your stay

Expedia said that my request was going to be applied and the property was aware and no that's not true my ceiling leaked couldn't be moved to another room until the next day so no sleep worrying about the ceiling falling just not happy with Expedia are the property

Tv’s aren’t equipped with apps or Bluetooth. So you’ll have to look at the guide the old fashion way. Other than that, everything was great!

It was awesome

Room was ok for two adults and two kids. We had three towels to share which we discovered very early the first morning. We did get four towels at front desk later in the day. No maid service in the only full day of our two day stay. Pool and hot tub clean. Pool area closed til 9 am. Hot tub is really nice and hot. Breakfast items are not all available if you come to breakfast after 9 am. Food is adequate.

This hotel is located in a perfect place for my visit with Munster family members.

The environment was clean and quiet. Staff was always available and courteous from checking in and out

Very clean, great location, helpful staff, quiet area, definitely an excellent option to stay, we'll be back for sure.
