It was disappointing that they assigned me a room for disabled when I clearly selected a standard normal room when I made my reservation. I was informed by the receptionist that Expedia made an error. I stayed for 3 nights without full room service. My bedding was not arranged as well. Disappointing.....

The property is in a safe and nice area. Well maintained and friendly staff. We had an incident that the upper floor guests arrived in the middle of the night and caused a significant disturbance for the understairs. I hope that the receptionist could kindly remind late arrival guests of the courtesy of keep a quiet living space.

I love this hotel. I stay here all the time. The only reason why I gave it three stars is because children was running down the hallway banging on your door, screaming and hollering and it was like I couldn’t get any rest and I had to call downstairs to the service desk and it was just like I didn’t like it and it was my birthday week so I was on vacation would I stay again? Yes I’ll stay, but I will have to tell them to put me on the fourth floor where I don’t hear nobody walking over my head and jumping up and down.
