There was no air conditioning in the room and it was uncomfortable.

There was no power, no one answered phones, and yet they still charge you.

Gave my wife and I a convenient place to stay while our power was out- very comfortable room and very helpful staff

This hotel was clean and the staff was really nice. Parking was easy and the hotel is not far from the interstate. They have a bar downstairs so I was able to order a little pizza instead of going out to eat. The price point was very fair for a hotel, and while the pizza was just okay, it was perfect for someone who was tired and didn't want to go out. There is a lot of construction around the building. Once it is all done, I think it will be great.

Nothing Due to recent storm, hotel lost power. Found out about the issue two hours before check-in with zero heads up to prepare to find another.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a good variety of food available on the breakfast buffet. My adult daughter said it was the best hotel scrambled eggs she has eaten. The hotel location was very convenient.

I love the staff. Everyone was accommodating when we first got there. The storm had knocked out the AC, but they did the best to make sure everyone was well and that they made sure you had air.

The air condition was out in the entire building. They offer fans and that was fine. I have asthma and the fans made the room very hot. I think I should be offered some of my money back. $308 is a lot of money to not have air conditions. Every one complain of head aches due to it being hot and humid. It is asthma and allergies season.
