Hyatt Place Munster

The air condition was out in the entire building. They offer fans and that was fine. I have asthma and the fans made the room very hot. I think I should be offered some of my money back. $308 is a lot of money to not have air conditions. Every one complain of head aches due to it being hot and humid. It is asthma and allergies season.

The morning clerk lied to me

Staff are helpful, after couple of days of severe storms caused electricity issues in some rooms.

As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a VIP… even though we didn’t get an invitation to the wedding that everyone was talking about. I was “this close” to saying that we were a part of the wedding because I saw these cute yellow bags that were screaming “I was put together by my favorite region bride!” But after I was given the biggest compliment by the 5 star welcome team (they loved my Amazon progressive glasses and thought they were designer!!!) I forgot all about the wedding treats. Breakfast in the morning was top notch. It was giving above average eggs, good pastry and cereal selection, well hello there Canadian bacon, all can I eat pancakes vibes. Will stay here again for the next time we visit the crossroads of the nation monument and Pierogi Fest.

Fantastic hotel. The room was great. Bathroom was spacious and nice. No complaints.

We had a lovely stay. We had an amazing dinner at Rosebud Steakhouse right down the street. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful! I would definitely stay again.

This location is amazing all the way around. You could tell this is a very new hotel and it is a little pricey, but worth the price. All amenities are immaculate as well as the staff is very helpful from the time you walk into the time you leave. I didn’t see a hot tub, but they do have a swimming pool, workout area and ice machines on various floors. They also have water machines that have filtered water as well. Recommend this location because it is close to the walking trails and train to downtown Chicago.

Great stay. Breakfast was great and even had hard boiled eggs. Shower pressure was amazing!

This hotel was filthy and rundown. Ceiling tiles coming down, dirty and rusted heavily over pool. Room was dirty and the toilet paper had blue chemical stain. Shower sprayed everywhere except on to me. The breakfast was scary. Pans not clean and salt was cream colored from them never washing the shakers. Hotel has to be using old photos. Do not stay here.

We appreciated the electric charger on site. It came in handy while we stayed at the hotel. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. There was a gulf simulator to rent out but we did not use it. The hotel is away from the major bustle of the area. There was a train than came through during our stay. It was during the day so it did not effect our sleep.

The front desk staff was excellent!

Everything was good in all really good staff and vibes all around just this incident that happened wasn’t the best and I’m upset over it just keep the rooms clean and check for any bed bugs for the best experience for visitors.
