Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Muskegon Norton Shores

The staff was great and breakfast was good too. Their elevator was out of order the entire time I was there, and my room was on the third floor, so I had to take the stairs.

Elevator broken. One coffee pod in the room. Extremely average for $600 per night.

Breakfast and location were very good. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful as they were keenly aware of the issue of not having a working elevator. Housekeeping went above and beyond, lots of steps with large loads going both ways. Big problem for two elderly people with physical challenges and the elevator being out of order during our entire visit. Especially with getting our luggage, cooler, etc. up to our room and then back down to our vehicle.

Great stay, pleasantly surprised by the quality of stay.

Room was clean, bed comfortable sleeping and staff was friendly. But paying $350 for an overnight stay is completely unacceptable. Way too overpriced. I had no choice due to a business commitment. Liked everything about the place but the horribly expensive room.

Easy to find The staff was rude they automatically turn your key off in the morning so if u go to get breakfast you have to go and get the key turned back on also the elevator didn’t work had to carry everything up the stairs the concierge was rude. Was not worth the money spent

Breakfast was good and the attendant was very nice They gave us a room that the Bathroom was not cleaned properly you don’t expect to try the toilet clogged up and gums stuck on the floor unacceptable the elevator broke our keys quit working and had to walk stairs I’m 60% handicap on a cane

Location was a bit odd because you had to drive behind a shopping center to get to the hotel.

Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Breakfast is offered but not to many options.

The staff! From the front desk to the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff, we were greeted every time we passed by and when we engaged them in conversation they responded with enthusiasm and showed a genuine interest in chatting with us. One small thing, there was a blinking blue light coming from a vent in the heating unit that was kind of annoying. But it didn’t bother us once we closed our eyes to go to sleep. No big deal.

Staff and room great!! Pool and spa closed, was not told. Would have not stay....very disappointed

Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfy, room was clean. The pool was not open. It was closed for updates and i was not informed before my stay.

lovely hotel! it was pretty clean, the staff was super friendly, and the room was nice. they're doing a little construction right now i think? the elevator makes a pretty concerning sound getting to the top floor, but otherwise i have no complaints.
