Convienance, enough parking. Beds good Major problem with sound of air conditioning not working with covers and rubbing grill. Have heard this in 3 different rooms and impossible to sleep without taking front cover off.Shower bar falling off in one room. Maintenance upkeep needs upgrade

Location was good, bed was comfortable. However, it’s difficult to enter and exit the property due to heavy traffic during normal hours. The pool is very small.

Now the rest of the staff was very friendly, pleasant to ask things and provided quality in the duties. If I must rate the entire staff excellent. Thank u for making my stay so pleasant.

Checked in after midnight. the front desk clerk, took a long time finding reservation - # provided. She threatened to have me removed for being rude - after saying i was tried and just wanted to get key & go to bed. Do not recommend this hotel.

The toilet and toilet tissue location. Had to reach backwards for toilet tissue. May not be good for elderly or disabled person.

The staff was friendly especially the woman who checked us in originally. She was friendly, outgoing and extremely personable and made you feel welcomed. The continental breakfast was poor quality.
