I didn’t like that you have to clean after your paying that much money and doing it during your vacation
-
The beach view was amazing and plenty to do
-
Sixth floor, Nice beach view.
-
The rooms are dirty. The bathroom was gross. You have to go to the lobby to ask for towels, awful awful awful. Will never stay there again.
-
Clean rooms, nice amount of pools and hot tubs.

Very outdated hotel, needs upgrades everywhere, ceilings look like they’re about to cave in, the advertisement is completely different from what you get, beds are hard as a rock, TV’s and remotes do not work, no housekeeping or trash pickup unless you stay for at least 7 days, the water park was not open for 3 days with no explanation of why, the pool is very small for a large resort, they will put a $250 security deposit hold on your account at check in, “barista” at the Starbucks in lobby was very rude to my family when they asked questions, you will be paying to park your vehicle daily while you stay there, we encounter the smell of marijuana daily while walking on the property (whether we were in an elevator, the lobby, parking garage or outside at the pool / beach), basically this is the absolute worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed in, we will not be back here and we will not recommend this hotel anyone we know that’a planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.

The staff were friendly, nice, and helpful. The resort had everything it said it had, but it was definitely outdated and needed an upgrade/renovation. The water machine didn’t always work, the fitness room was limited and the tvs didn’t always work. My room needed a paint job and

Access to the beach was good

Very disrespectful staff and found several cockroaches in the pool area and in our room. We also didn't get the same deluxe ocean front room as in the one we selected online. The water park is terrible the slides scratch my daughter’s legs. The bar decides to close whenever they want and argues about being able to spend your food credits would not recommend this place you can get a better hotel for the price you pay here

Really enjoyed the property. Great beach access and large pools and amusement for the family. Rooms are spacious and staff was friendly
-
The picture that was shown that I booked wasn't the room that I received I had to go downstairs to complain about the outdated room that I was given and not the one that was shown in the Expedia listing and then only then was I able to get an updated room only because somebody did not show or I would have been stuck with that outdated home

Small beds. Wish the water park stayed open later. Overall this is a fun hotel for kiddos.

Love Staying here great beach access and the amenities are fantastic
-
A couple of the day staff at the desk like Terri were exceptional, the bartender at the pool was fantastic. However, there was black mold in our room, cockroaches in the living room & the overhead in the bathroom didn't work.

Great amenities on the property

So wanted to love this place. Great variety of pools especially indoors but water was a little cloudy. Waterpark dangerous for young ones slides super fast w no attentive staff, my child bumped his head pretty bad no help from attending staff w injury we received nothing credited or comped. When filing an incident report lady at desk said" u can file one but i already know what they gona say" GM was nice. Small arcade. Restaurant was dark needs a makeover. Parking is considered public and across the street w an extra daily charge. Walkway to cross the road was closed daily in the morning for construction. Floors were always wet and dirty from pools to elevators be careful. No ac in elevators or waiting area to go into them. Pool bar was waiting at a window area by pool to order and got a breakdown of rules and regulations w purchasing a drink as if u were underage or young im in my mid 40s. Kitchen did not have a variety of pots or pans to cook with. No papertowels or sponge given but they want u to have all utensils clean. Good luck getting pool side towels or for the room u will be waiting a while. No ice machine or vending machines on each floor as advertised. There is security but instead of checking wrist bands or regulating the kids jumping and playing ball while in the lazy rivers visiting areas and chatty w staff. Felt like anyone off the beach can access the hotel. So will not be returning. Enter your risk.

5 night stay. This resort was probably amazing 10 years ago-huge property, water park, indoor & outdoor pools, beach front, lots of amenities. Stay wasn’t awful, just subpar & overpriced. Arrived 2 hours past checkin & room wasn’t ready. Found us new room-went from 6th floor to ground floor. Had ocean front view we paid for but was directly over the pool-not much of a view. Building design creates standing water EVERYWHERE-from the closed in hallways (condensation?) to the open walkways (room ac units drain directly onto walkways), to our patio/porch (that water was green with black mold all around). We had to walk through a large puddle to enter & exit our room entire stay. Room was huge, Beds very comfortable. Room had weird odor-stale & moldy. They must have a staffing shortage as there is no housekeeping offered during your stay. You trade in & pick up any needed linens/towels at the front desk & you take your trash bags to the chute (at far end of hall on each floor). Room had a mini vac & dustpan (no broom) It is way overdue for deep cleaning (lots of dust, hair, smell, random dirt on doors & walls). One of 2 lamps in main bedroom was broken-took to front desk but it wasn’t replaced. Safe walkway to parking garage closed for several days w/no notice. Onsite restaurant food was good. Had to buy our own coffee & filters as they were waiting for their supplies to be delivered (never came). All staff we encountered were kind & helpful. Stay experience did not justify cost.

We always love staying here and it is our "go to" place anytime we are traveling for business or pleasure in the Myrtle Beach area

It was an excellent stay. Initially we got the room on 2nd floor (ocean view), but we hardly got to see the ocean. I requested them to change the room to upper level, and I got it on 12th floor. Now this was an excellent view. Check in process was very smooth and the way they responded when I asked to change the room was very nice.
