The rooms were dirty, there was no trash can, the pool was unusable and looked disgusting. Someone who was cleaning it said it failed inspection and was very expensive for such a filthy place I'll never go back there.

Nothing This place was dirty , the elevator didn't work, the laundry service was out of order an they told me to go to the laundry mat down the street, room was not clean , sheets was dirty hairs and stains all over them and bath tub had trash an hairs in it, they was no smoke alarm, the safety lock was broken, dead bugs on the floor. Nothing worked. The pool was low on water and no one could swim in it.

The only thing I liked was the bed it was comfortable . The room no light to see how to wash my face brush my teeth no cups no ice nothing needs improvement

They didn’t have the room clean when I got there it smell awful the room didn’t look like the pics they don’t have anybody in the office after a certain time and they didn’t communicate about the parking and our room key stop work I had 2 of them do that we couldn’t get in our room we had to purchase another room so unprofessional

Absolutely nothing the building should be condemned It was Bill the walls and stucco coming off. It was disgusting. The pool didn’t work. We couldn’t even use the pool on vacation.

Absolutely disgusting. Room was filthy. Bathtub paint flaking and a glob of glue in the middle. Sink full of food and dirt.pool closed for sanitary issues. Bloody mattress cover on our bed. No hot water. Almost got stuck in elevator. Do not go here. Everything.

The beds where comfortable From the pictures on the site to what it was is horrible. The place was dirty dead bugs, rooms smelt like smoke and weed, No hot water, elaborate stuck didn’t want to open, only one towels for four people. No trash cans in rooms. Overall was horrible place still haven’t gotten my deposit back week later almost.

thanks for the manager to fix our reservation problem but the pool was closed all week the place has no smoking signs up but when you walked outside all you smelt was pot and cigarette smoke so now i have a sinus infection because i am allergic to that stuff they give you two towels for a week and two washcloths, by the way don't advertise two pools there's only one and it does have an elevator probably won't pick this place to stay at again , it does look as if the manager was trying to clean it up to be better the walls looked fresh painted

We like location and that our room had a balcony and ocean view. Nothing worked: 1. Pool was closed with a big warning note from Sanatory Commission, the water was not clear, but cloudy - they probably had problem with filters. 2. Ice machine did not work and it was broken for a long time, because it was all dusty and dirty. 3. The only coffee machine in the lobby was broken and there was nowhere to get coffee in the morning. You have to walk two blocks to the nearest convenience store and pay $5 for a small cup of coffee. 4. The hot water had issues, during the day the water was a luke warm, it got a bit warmer during the night. 5. There was no trash can in the room. 6. The small refrigerator did not had any shelfs inside. 6. The smell of marihuana was everywhere, it seems they don't allow to smoke cigarettes but allow to smoke marihuana everywhere in the property. People were smoking it at the pool area, and the only way to the beach was through the pool area, so there was no way to escape that smell. 7. They charge $20 for resort fee, but nothing resorty in that hotel. 8. I lost my fanny pack on the way from parking lot to the room, it had $200 inside. Nobody returned or reported it to the lobby, which is not surprising, since majority of people stay there looked like drunks or under narcotic influence. 9. Handicapped parking was closed by the cone so the hotel employee could park there, and since my husband is handicapped, and car had handicapped tags we could not find a spot to park nearby. 10. Interior of the rooms are run down, door lock to the balcony was all crocked and rusty, and you have to push really hard in order to lock the door. 11. Luckily there was no roaches in the room, but I saw a few of the big one crawling around the hallways. 12. the only good thing is the location and proximity to the beach. It seems $150+ a night is the price to pay only for location, and it might worth it if you get a room with ocean view like we did, but it would be totally overpriced if you get a some internal room without a view.

The ladies at the front desk were very understanding and tried to help me get a refund. Cleanliness, bugs, the smell was horrible, had to buy sheets and towels from Walmart because they had burn holes on the covers and towels had red stains on them. I bought febreez to try and cover the smell of the room. Light fixture in bathroom was coming off the ceiling. Black mold was everywhere. The smell was very very very very strong. Every time I was in the room for more than an hour I got a horrible headache. I almost slept on the beach.
