Terrible not clean Nothing

Horrible place to even consider staying. Management awful. Nasty. Smell like they have drugs all over. To top that, they tried to charge extra fees after paying every dollar online. For the record, I did not stay there once I arrived. It was all a caos. All that online about how pretty it is. All is just a nasty place, including management. Will never again consider that place. Do your diligence before staying here, people. Negative experience from the beginning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY HOTEL HECK NO

This place is horrible—bad service, and on top of that, they charged me twice. Thieves.

The view off my balcony They charged me an extra $80 when I got there, the staff had people visiting them that were arguing with other people out in the parking lot, the elevator was in HORRIBLE condition, no ice machine

The motel is nothing like the pictures. This was the worse place ever. I saw the room and immediately went to the front and tried to get my money back. The 2 women that work up front are definitely on drugs and told me and my family yes you can get a refund just contact booking.com and it will be easy. We supposed to have the room for 2 nights, but with the smell and the nastiness we was only there for 5 minutes at best. This was out worse experience ever. We will never use booking.com for this again. Please be aware this motel is not as pictured. The whole place smells like marijuana, bugs, broken front door,broken window. I have photos of everything if anyone wants to see them. Nothing was nice about the hell hole

Let me start off with the check in staff.So rude I didn't even know what to say.Continued to be rude and buligerant so much so that I did not want to go tell them the TV was broke in the room the whole time we were there.There were people hanging out around the building and kids running in and out of the office while they were screaming and cussing at them.Room was filthy looked nothing like the pictures.I took pictures as proof on top of that burn holes in the bedding.Door would not close from room to balcony,no coffee pot,no trash can,no phone.Pool was absolutely horrible would not go in in fear of disease.I can't understand how you can false advertise and have people pay over 500 just for 2 nights.Please do not go here.

The terrible cleaning, the shower drain and the terrible sink. They have very good photos when you are going to rent it but when it is time to arrive it is a total deception everything is very old and on each floor there is garbage and it smells bad the elevator does not work and we stayed on the top floor I was carrying my two babies. You pay a lot for such an old and neglected place

We paid $750.84 for a 2 night stay for our family of four. We arrived around 11 PM and found the room absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. We documented what appeared to be visible mold, a dead cockroach on the sink, dirty furniture with footprints on the couch, broken items, and unacceptable cleanliness throughout the room. We immediately complained and were told the hotel was completely booked and they couldn’t move us. No adequate attempt was made to clean the room or provide another solution. Because it was already 11 PM and we were traveling as a family, we felt stuck and stayed that night. We slept in the same clothes we arrived in with our hoodies covering our heads because we were so uncomfortable. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower. We left rather than complete our stay. In my opinion, the room we received was completely different from the impression created by the online listing. Had I seen the actual condition beforehand, I NEVER would have booked it. After paying $750.84, we received only $194 back. I have photos and videos documenting everything. Families, please read recent reviews and look at actual guest photos before booking. I wish I had.

Nothing this property uses other pictures for their site. Its nasty smells horrible and if yu book.com yu won't get refunded

I wanted to mention that the bathtub would fill up with water, and there was a strong cigarette smell from the very first day we arrived. I just wanted to bring this to your attention .The price we paid was not worth it, considering these issues, not to mention the other problems we experienced during our stay.
