Convenient, Great view, and the staff was great, but the property was dirty, our room was dirty, I cleaned it with my own Lysol wipes.. they did change our linens when I asked, because those had hair and sand on them. They were very nice and understanding about it. Water pressure was awful.

Loved the place great Ocean view trail to beach trimmed. Only thing is the lighting is poor on the basement level very dark near the door to go out to pool or ocean. However staff are always visable. The hot tub always had children in it. But that was ok I wasn’t there for the pool not the hot tub. And I wasn’t disappointed ❤️

However, the property is definitely in need of some major renovations. Much of the décor, furnishings, and fixtures felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh. With some modern updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Despite that, I had a pleasant experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the property.

The room was okay, beds were very comfortable, doors and stove needed to be replaced. Did find a few bugs crawling on the tub but for the amount of time spent there it was fine.

Absolutely horrible. I checked in, lady at desk seemed nice. Hallways elevator then room were filthy, broken everything, walls floor, ceiling all old and broken. A dump. My stomach was in knots. Felt terrified and unsafe. The moment I walked into the room, I almost threw up. I literally walked right out of the building and never looked back. I left voicemails to tell them how bad it was bc you cannot reach anyone on the phone. I left messages with no success either. I feel really bad for the people who chose to stay there because its that dirty, run down and unsafe. This place needs an entire gutting and full renovations.

Shower walls were plastic and were broken

This place should be condemned. The room was extremely damp, everything had a wet feel including the table. No shower curtains, there's a RV water line running to the toilet, the so-called balcony/patio looks at a brick wall and dead grass. The neighbor must have been smoking as I got a large dose of cigarette smell but didn't see any smoke. The outside light is just a light bulb w/o cover. Neither front or back door would close enough to lock it ... once you got the door closed. The beds were made up nice but the sheets had a damp feeling. We were told to park in underground area. To get there was basically driving in an alley that only a small car can fit. The parking area was full of trash, even had a car parked there with four flat tires, broken window, dirt from probably a year on it and it was full of what looked like personal belongings. The pictures can describe it better. I took pictures and we left immediately afterwards. I wasnt sure if we cojld get out of the parking area without damaging my car. The drive to the garage is ONLY large enough for one car. We were hoping no one else was coming in. We went to a Hamilton Inn immediately and stayed the night. If you decide stay here, please have one person stay awake to watch the doors and ensure no one enters. I was on the 1st floor, the other floors might be better but I doubt it. This is a good cheap place to take your family for vacation, staff is nice , property could use some upgrades. Rooms are clean, bathroom needs updated, not a very bad place to stay for the $$

Hot tub didn’t work and water pressure wasn’t good and hairdryer didn’t work

The staff , Front desk Betty and housekeeping were absolutely great, went above and beyond to see that we had a great time

Pulling up I was a lil skeptical about staying but once we checked in and opened the room door I was very impressed on how clean and updated the room is... And opening the 2nd door truly took my breath away. The Ocean view was beautiful ‼️ I would stay here again just for the Ocean view. This would definitely be considered to be a Myrtle Beach hidden gem❤️. Just update the bathroom and it'll be fine.

Very good deal for oceanfront property which was nice is why we went. Room was spacious with nice beds. Our room had full size frig which was unexpected. Room also had nice scenic picture which I wasn't expecting. When we first arrived floor was a mess but housekeeping was prompt to sweep it. Stove very old and rusty but we didn't need it. Overall place needs some updating. If on the second floor noise from pool at night you will hear. People don't abide by 9 pm time to leave pool. I think that was the time. Nice pool but hot tub most jets not working. I don't think they should charge $12 fee for amenities. Most places have a pool; only thing extra was the old hot tub. Wal-Mart literally down the street which was convenient. For maid service usually have to ask for change of towels which is different but they were prompt.

Place can be cleaner staff was helpful overall I rate it a 3 stars
